7A Unit 5 Lets celebrate! 【教学目标】1. 能看懂poster,并能抓住要点,完成相关口、笔头练习。2 能听懂录音,从原文中获取信息,处理信息和使用信息。3. 能用(w)h-questions在同伴间进行相互提问,并作回答。4. 通过教学活动,了解海外华人如何庆祝中国传统节日,让学生更加热爱中国的传统文化。【学习重点、难点】1. 如何有效的让学生共同通过各种渠道如图书馆、网络等资源查找资料;课堂上就given task进行合作、交流。2. 引导学生就书本内容完成一些相关的话题讨论,并能把书本的内作适当延伸与拓展。【学习过程】一、课前预习导学(约 5分钟)预习P50-51的单词和课文,在书上画出下列汉语的英文表达,并写下来:1.度假_ 2.看狮舞(表演)_3.看中国新年聚会_4.我第一次看到它_5.(感到)兴奋 _6.吃一些传统的中国食物_7. 在晚上 _8.如此喜欢你的生日_9.你在北京为中国新年做什么?_10.庆祝中国新年_二、课堂学习研讨(约25分钟)PresentationWe do lots of interesting things for Chinese New Year. But do you know how American Chinese in New York celebrate Chinese New Year?Lets watch a video on the screen.1)New words teaching将单词和词组呈现出来。 (traditional Chinese food, midnight, lion dance, firework, Chinatown ,red packets)Tell Ss that in America American Chinese celebrate Chinese New Year in China town. They celebrate it in traditional ways.Some American people are also very interested in Chinese New Year. I hear that a girl named Wendy is very interested in Chinese New Year. (多媒体显示女孩正在看海报,图片背景为纽约) T:Look! What is Wendy doing now? (S: She is reading a poster.)T:Where is she? Guess. (S: She is in New York.)2)Reading.T: Would you like to know what the poster is about? Before you read the poster, please look at the five questions first. She is writing a postcard to Millie to tell her about the celebration.
