As we know, keeping healthy is important to us. But what should we do to keep healthy? First,we should get up early. we should eat healthy food, drink a lot of water and do more exercise . Food can give us energy. Doing exercise can make us strong. Second,we should change clothes often, wash hands often, keep the air fresh and clean and do house cleaning often to stop germs from getting into our bodies. You shouldnt keep long fingernails. At last, we should go to see a doctor at once if we dont feel well. Which is more important, wealth or health? Different people have different opinions. Some people prefer wealth, holding that money can not bring everything, but without it, one can do nothing. In order to aumulate more money they can do anything. However, other people regard health as more important. Once health is lost, it is no use having a lot of money. As far as I am concerned, I love wealth, but I value health more. Everybody wants to live a happy life. So they try their best to earn money which can ensure they lead a fortable life, but if happiness and fort are achieved at the cost of their health, how can they be happy? Without health money bees meaningless. In my opinion, no one agrees that a wealthy person without good health can be happy. You can take away our money, our house, or our clothes and we can survive. Take away our health and we will die. That is why I eat healthfully, exercise regularly, and keep up my social life. Eating healthfully is important to maintain ones health. I try to avoid foods high in fat like French fries or cookies. I also try to limit the amount of animal protein I consume. I never eat more than a few ounces offish or chicken a day and I rarely eat meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of fiber and vitamins. It is important to know how to cook these foods so the nutrients are not lost in the cooking process. Your muscles must continue to be strong to support your body as it grows older. Exercise helps the bones build density and helps you maintain your posture. A regular exercise program of cardiovascular training and weight training is an important part of keeping you healthy. joozone. Friends are an important part of ones health. Its all apart of my recipe for healthful living. 1. People with flu virus will cough, have a fever and feel tired. 2. How to prevent the flu virus? Here are some suggestions. We should have a balanced diet. We should eat healthy food, such as fresh fruit and vegetables. We should exercise regularly to make our body strong. We should have a good sleep. People who are tired or under stress can get sick easily. We should wash our hands often,especially after we cough or sneeze. Wed better not go to places where there are many people./ Wed better wear a mask when we go out. We should open the window and keep the air fresh. 3. If we all do these things, we will prevent the virus. So there is no need to be worried.
