What do we need?(3)广东省中山市东凤镇中心小学:钟惠宜一、 课题: Unit 3 I What do we need?二、 课型:第3课时( Sounds and words)三、 学段:五年级上学期四、 教材版本:Friends with English(五年级上册)准备材料:1. 准备好group work 两份(每四个学生一张),pair work(两个学生一张)资料。2.准备好六张单词卡片和图片。3.准备好课件。4.准备好奖励机制的小动物图片。(青蛙,鸟,蝴蝶,猴子)五、教学流程图:Warming-up Presentation Activities Chant Summery and Homework六、教学设计:学生分析:Analysis of the students:学生已学完前面的部分,在掌握好What do you need ?I need a和第三人称单数活用的基础上,进行语音知识的扩展知识学习。根据小学生心理特点,采用故事、歌曲、游戏等形式,把烦闷的语音知识融入到故事、诗歌等形式当中,让学生在快乐中掌握语音知识,同时把所学到的音标进行扩充,让学生加强和巩固所学到的知识,从而达到此节课的教学目的。教材分析:Analysis of the teaching material:本课时为该单元的Sounds and words的内容,重点是学习oy和oi 的组合发音,并让学生灵活运用到单词和诗歌中去。本部分是以听、说为主,不要求拼写。在前面单元学习了一些单元音的基础上,让学生掌握双元音的发音。也就是说,学生已经掌握了单元音的部分发音,该单元继续对双元音的学习,既是对单元音的复习,又是对双元音和单元音的继续复习和巩固。通过对单元音和对双元音的进一步掌握,让学生尝试对单词字母组合的拼读,这样对记忆单词提供了很大的帮助,更能提高记忆单词的效率。教学目标:Teaching objectives: a).Can say the words: toys , boys, soy sauce ,coins ,noise, boiling.b). Can pronounce the soundCi.c). Greetings. Students activity: Do some daily greetings, such as: How are you?/ Whats your name?/ What day is it today ?3.Review.Show the pictures and ask the students to answer what they need and what they want individually. (Purpose:歌曲非常能够活跃课堂气氛。所以把这些环节安排在开课的第一个环节。同时通过自然对话,复习上一节所学内容自然带进这一节课中,调动了学生学习英语的积极性。 )Step 2: Presentation and drills (15 minutes)1.Ill use a story and draw six new verbs on the blackboard to present new verbs: toys, noise, boys ,soy sauce ,boiling ,coins . Today is Sunday. The boy and his family are at home. The boy has some toys and coins .He is playing with some coins. He is making noise.别His mother is in the kitchen(厨房).First, she is boiling water. Then, she wants to cook some meat. But she doesnt have any soy souce. Introduce the story to the students. Then Ss read after the teacher. (Purpose:让学生熟悉此故事,并能熟练读出故事)3. Get the Ss read the story. Then take out the paper and find out the new verbs. (Purpose:让学生通过朗读故事,找出所学音标的单词,让学生对单词有了最初的印象。)4. Students read the words after the teacher. And put the word cards on the blackboard.5. Practice the sound/Ci/.1) Group work: Students read the words having the sound of /Ci/ in groups. The teacher helps the students learn the words what they dont know.2) The teacher asks students row by row, students read the words together.(Purpose:在掌握这些单词之后,通过学习音标,让学生通过复习更多的所学过或者没有学过的单词来熟悉和巩固所学的音标。)Step 3: Activities(10 minutes)1. Listening exercise: First students follow the flash and read the words together. And then do the listening exercise. The students listen and number.2. Pair work: Students read the sentences, fill in the blank.(Purpose: 通过练习本节所要掌握的内容. 练习读和写的能力,使学生综合能力得到提高。)Step 4: Learn the chant(8 minutes)1). The teacher shows the flash. Students listen and then follow to chant. Dont make any _!5).I have some_.6).Today is a _ day.八、教学检测安排: 统一在整个单元完成后,进行综合检测,侧重点在学生听和说的检测。(见单元检测安排)九、教学反思:语音教学是小学英语教学中极其重要的部分,按照教参的建议,一般大家都是把这部分内容结合其他板块教学进行,但如此的结果是,学生的语音知识掌握不牢固,认读音标词的能力较差,在一定程度上也妨碍了学生独立认读新词和拼读音标的能力。所以加强单词语音教学是学好是英语的基础,学好了语音,将有助于提高学
