英语篇章以及语言的运用等具体的知识 还要懂得要跟后面的一般教学知识 所有 科目教学都应该掌握的教学法 英语教学知识 如何教授具体的英语知识即课本知识 和教 学生态知识 即学生的学习环境 学生的知识基础 学生的家庭背景等 结合起来 才是专业 的英语教学 我所感悟到的主要是英语课堂教学设计理念 以前觉得教学设计就是备好课备好学生 让学生在课堂上将课本知识学会 能加以运用就算是设计很成功了 没想到真正的教学设计还 分为 系统 有序 专业 分层的教学设计 而我们平时的教学设计只是分层教学设计里面的 单元中一个部分的教学设计 真正的教学设计是做到以下五个要求 1 整体的教学设计与具体的教学设计要结合 在以后我的教学设计过程中 我要学会先宏 观地进行一学年 一学期 一个单元的教学设计 再根据单元教学目标和要求进行每一节课的 教学设计 2 根据学生实际情况进行的教学设计 我们深圳的学生基本上来自全国五湖四海 每个学生的家庭环境 生活环境以及社会环境都不同 我们要根据学生的整体特点和实际情况 再进行教学设计 也就是平常所说的 备学生 3 教学设计过程中的应注意的逻辑思维规范 我以后在教学设计中要多根据学习内容来设计教学步骤的先后 注意教学逻辑思维需要规范 4 要调整好教学设计与具体实施的动态关系 我们平常设计时都是根据猜测学生会什么 能 理解什么
