Q1及TQE表彰通、卓越材料管理及桁外納入実績格付、納入業者施設認知根拠。The MMSA is designed to be fully compatible with the Ford/GM/Chrysler Quality System Assessment (QSA), which is used by FAO and supplier facilities to assess their quality systems. FAO believes that robust and capable materials management systems are critical to total quality and customer satisfaction, and therefore offer this assessment which goes beyond traditional product quality systems to focus on the complementing materials system. It is intended that this assessment be used in conjunction with, not in lieu of, the QSA. Assessment and Implement Plan of Improvement need to be presented to CAFs MP&L for review if on site assessment is necessary. 全新規施設、MMSA自己評価実施、現行納入業者、継続的改善評価毎年8月自己評価。80点及各質問点以上最低条件。現地評価必要場合、CAFMP&L改善評価実施計画提示。The MMSA is an important element in Fords Reward and Recognition Award programs. Both the Q1 Award for Excellence and the Total Quality Excellence (TQE) Award, Fords highest award, require assessments using the MMSA. A summary of the Q1 and TQE award programs, their requirements and how the MMSA fits into the total award program, can be found in the program manuals for each, available from Ford Motor Quality Publications. To reach Q1 Reward facility must pass MMSA and achieve 100 points plus each single question no less than 2 points. The scoring system for this assessment is based on that of the Ford/GM/Chrysler Quality System Assessment (QSA). The words shall, will and must in the standard (MS-9000) indicate mandatory requirements. The word should indicates a preferred approach. The rationale for each question scored NA must be presented to a Q1 or TQE verification team during verification. This yields a score range of from 0 to 150 points.本評価全体得点、NA以外項目毎平均得点結果50掛計算。、0150点得点範囲得。An overall evaluation of PASS will be given when the overall score equals or exceeds 100 points, with no element scored less than 2. An OPEN status may be given when no more than one major nonconformity and/or multiple minor nonconformities exist. This can be converted to a PASS within 90 days, or an otherwise agreed time frame, with the acceptance of satisfactory evidence of conformity. This may include on-site verification at the discretion of the assessing activity.
