Section B 3a 一、教材分析新目标英语八年级（上）Unit 6 的中心话题是谈论朋友的个性特征，语法要点是形容词以及形容词的比较级。Section B的话题What kinds of friends would you like to have?是语言知识的拓展，升华和运用，是Section A内容的延伸。二、教学目标1、 语言知识目标：掌握单词interest, though, necessary, care, friendship。2、 语言技能目标：运用形容词比较级比较两个人的特征。3、 情感态度目标：通过好朋友应该是怎样的，使学生树立正确的交友观。三、教学重难点用英语表达自己的交友观。四、教学过程Step1：A guessing game“猜谜”游戏Who is he/she? 他/她是谁？我认为要充分挖掘教材的内涵，利用游戏来培养学生的听力能力和积极参与教学的主动性，要求一位学生描述班里的另一位学生，并和自己作比较，其他学生猜所描述的人是谁，这样可以给学生更多的发言机会来表达自己的思想。不仅反馈于上一环节的活动，也突出了本节的重点。学生在游戏中逐渐学会了用比较级自如表达，这也是突破难点的一个过程。Step 2 Reading1. fast reading.Read the article and answer the question:(1) What kind of friends does James Green like to have ?(2) What kind of friends does Huang Lei like to have ?(3) What kind of friends does Mary Smith like to have ?阅读教学要从整体入手。整体感知文章主题是英语阅读教学中的首要问题。2. Ask them to try to retell the article. 听完录音后，在学生会读的基础上让学生大声朗读。并能口述文章，达到进一步理解文章，口头模仿新语言知识的目的。Step6：Acting知识的拓展Talk about the people in “the romance of the Three kingdoms (三国演义) .What kind of friends do you like to make ? (like Guan Yu , Liu Bei , Zhang Fei ,zhu Geliang and so on)这个故事告诉我们一个道理：当你比别人强的时候，不要嘲笑别人；当你在某些方面不如别人时，不要自卑。没有人是完美的。在生活和学习中，我们应该相互帮助、相互学习。Ask students to remember an old saying “A friend in need is a friend indeed”(患难见真情)Step 7 Writing: Whats your opinion?
