How to arrange time in our college life? Some individuals schedules are packed with various tasks related to study. They dont like to attend sports activities. They think those activities waste their time and influence their study .But most of the college students support the value of physical exertion. I think Physical exercise is a necessary part of college life .We can benefit a lot from physical exercise. First of all, attending physical sports can help students build a strong body, and keep abounding energy. Moreover, physical exercise is an effective way to relief pressure and keep a pleasant move. Besides, by attending physical activities, students can have chances to contact and communicate with others which can help them improve their social skills. Chen Jingrun, a Mathematics towering figure, planted himself in complex questions without physical exercise. His premature death highlighted the significant health benefits from sports. To conclude, physical exercise is beneficial to every college students, and therefore do not hesitate to attend sports activitiesA couple of years ago, the Boston Marathon promoted its event with a series of inspiring billboards. All of them were black and white images of a runner, with a quote that expressed their reason for running. Some billboards were of fully mobile individuals and others were of those who were disabled but were determined to cross the finish line, either through a family members or friends assistance, or through the use of a prosthetic device. Each had different quotes, but one in particular really stood out: the runners response was simple: Because I can. As kids, the Little Engine that could told us a valuable tale of an extraordinary spirit, of perseverance, of determination, of believing in ourselves. As adults, we dont always have tales to teach us these valuable lessons. And, as a result we start making excuses. We stop learning. We stop trying. Because I can eliminates these excuses. It pushes us past the status quo and our comfort zones. It gives us a reason to do the things that we think we cant. And, it enables us to believe in ourselves. Practicing can thinking is important to keeping us young, to having a positive outlook, to staying motivated and to reaching our goals. Further, it can help us lead richer and fuller lives that are more rewarding. The fact that you have the ability to do something empowers you to do it, whatever the task might be. How can you use the power of Because I can? Here are a few ways to incorporate this positive thinking into various aspects of your own life:那么怎样运用因为我能行的力量呢? Whether it is to get to the store or work, or if it is climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator, embracing a Because I can attitude is an easy way to incorporate more activity into your life. Break the Im tired or It is too hard or It is too far cycle. Increasing your activity level will provide enormous benefits, both physically and mentally. It is easy for us to make excuses for why we shouldnt try new things. Maybe you think it is out of your comfort zone. Maybe it seems too difficult. Or maybe, it is just inconvenient. Reminding yourself that You Can try something new will help you to move past these roadblocks and discover new things about yourself and possible new interests. No matter how old you are, setting new goals and continually dreaming makes life more interesting and rewarding. Whether it is professionally or personally, find new ways to stretch yourself, to learn and to grow. Pushing yourself to be the best you can be will give you a sense of accomplishment. Further, youll never feel bored. Often, we can become complacent in our lives, going through a routine and not addressing things that bother us or make us unhappy. You have a voice. Use that voice because you can. Communicating to loved ones, co-workers, and even your boss as to how you feel, what your needs and expectations are and what you are thinking can help you develop deeper, more meaningful and rewarding relationships. Further, you will be truer to yourself, inevitably making you a happier individual. No, you dont have to be a marathon runner to incorporate this slogan into your exercise routine. But, when you are at the end of your thirty minute aerobic workout, try going an extra ten minutes Because you can. Youll empower yourself to push beyond the status quo. Additionally, you will strengthen your heart and burn off the cheesecake from the night before. Saying No to our favorite indulgences can be challenging. However, developing a strong willpower, whether it is in response to our favorite chocolate cake or to over-shopping and spending past our means is something that we can all benefit from. Next time you are tempted to do something you think you might regret, try reminding yourself that you can say no. You have the power. The human spirit can be very fragile, but incorporating positive thinking, such as because I can, while, eliminating because I cant from your thought processes, can be very powerful. How Rising Gas Prices Will Affect Your Wallet Long-Term With all of the turmoil over oil prices and gas prices creeping up daily, along with the Japan earthquake leading to a shortage of fuel-efficient cars, youd think the world was ending and that Americans would soon be walking everywhere because they cant afford their gas-guzzling cars.Gas prices are rising - up 4 cents from a week ago to $3.58 per gallon as a national average, according to AAA. A year ago the national average for a gallon of regular gas was $2.80. The increase is enough to hit the average consumer hard in the wallet, but not as hard as in July 2008, when the national average hit $4.11 a gallon. Some experts forecast prices to increase this year to $4 a gallon and up to $5 a gallon next year.At what price will drivers start leaving their cars in the garage and find other ways to get around, or at least buy a car that gets good gas mileage?Price spikes from political turmoil in the Middle East or elsewhere often lead to short-term behavior changes, analysts told WalletPop. They include driving less, using public transportation more and buying fuel-efficient cars.Gradual gas price increases dont change the behavior of drivers in the types of cars theyre driving, but sharp rises change their habits, such as the 2008 spike that led to more compact cars being sold, said Lacey Plache, chief economist at E. That surge is happening again, with interest in small cars increasing, according to Edmunds. Shoppers considering the Prius have increased 30% this year, Plache said.Gas prices have increased gradually since October 2010, Plache said, with a monthly rise of 3% to 4%. But a shock-type increase of 7% to 8% has been happening the past two months, much like in the summer of 2008, she said. That could lead to more long-term habits changing, although a sudden drop in prices could send people back to their guzzling ways, she said.Once gas prices change, behavioral changes change back, she said. The summer driving season is months away, but consumers should prepare for high gas prices this summer by saving money now, said Ken Kamen, president of Mercadien Asset Management. They should plan for a 20% or greater increase in gas and food costs, budgeting for gas to hit $4.50 a gallon this summer. If it doesnt theyll be pleasantly surprised next winter.Compared to what the rest of the world pays for gas and to inflation, gas prices in America are cheap, or at least not as bad as we think, said Gerry Keim, chairman of the Management Department at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Most of Europe pays two to three times as much for gas as Americans do, because of higher taxes on cars and gas, and uses the money to fund public transportation, Keim said. When adjusted in real terms for inflation, Keim said, the price of gas is only slightly higher than it was at its peak in 1983, when gas was $1.24 a gallon and the unemployment rate was 9.7%.Price spikes lead more people to be aware of fuel economy. The Toyota Prius is the most fuel-efficient car sold, turning 40 mpg into the new standard. All of a sudden, 40 has become the new 30, Keim said of miles per gallon. The Hyundai Elantra gets 40 mph without batteries or other hybrid add-ons, and next year Honda is introducing a few models that get 40 mpg. While its difficult to see three to five years out what oil prices will be, Kamen said that for the next one to two years they shouldnt be higher than where they are now - $104 a barrel on Monday. Producing more oil is the best way to lower prices, he said, and it can be done with more oil available in Canada, the North Sea and off the coasts of the United States and Brazil. Were supporting oil drilling off the coast of Brazil, yet we wont allow it off our own coasts, Kamen said of the Gulf drilling moratorium. That may be when you know gas prices will be dropping: When you see more oil rigs off the coast of California. Bdun shngzhng de yu ji jing rh yngxing n de qinbo chngqY suyu de fngbo du shyu jig h tinrnq jig de pnshng, suzhe rbn dzhn dozh shng yu ch dunqu, mi tin, n hu jude shji yjng jish, migu rn hn kui ji hu bi doch zu, ynwi tmen ky “ Dn fdn q ho yu ling d de qch.Tinrnq jig shngzhng - cng yzhu qin shngzhngle 4 mi fn zh mi jiln wi qungu pngjn shupng 3.58 Miyun, gnj AAA. But before you start writing cover letters or practicing answers to tough interview questions, consider the possibilities for reinventing yourself within your current company. Finding fulfillment may be as simple as switching departments, responsibilities, or managers.First, make a list of the type of jobs that you think you would like to do. If you are interested in writing, for example, consider the opportunities in your current company for writing employee communications pieces, direct mailings to customers, or advertising slogans. Remember that many departments require writers to compose training manuals, procedures bulletins, and simple office correspondence.Scrutinize your list carefully and realistically imagine yourself doing the jobs that you have listed. Think about the actual tasks that you would be required to do. For example, if you are considering a job as an events coordinator, your responsibilities would include visiting potential event sites, negotiating contracts, and brainstorming themes. These may sound very exciting, but this job also involves getting everything done on a tight deadline, checking and rechecking all details (which can often change at the last minute), and keeping all participants fully aware of the plans. When you see the incumbent in this position, she often seems relaxed and smiling, but its part of the job to appear this way. Most of the time, her mind is racing over last-minute details.Learn more about the jobs that you have selected. Talk to your colleagues and find out what they know about them. Workmates often have friends working in different departments, and some of them may work in the areas that youre interested in. Prepare yourself with a list of questions and try to arrange informal coffee sessions with these people. Ta
