英语教师板书及口语展示学后感通过几天紧张而又充实的学习,终于把小学英语教师板书及口语展示这门课程学完了。对于平时课程繁多,没有很多时间来反思并且教学时间不长的我来说真是受益匪浅啊!在学习完之后也有着颇多的感想。在我们的印象中,板书除非就是“黑板白字”,形式单一,枯燥乏味。而我觉得精心设计的板书就是一改这一传统模式,在原有的基础上加上一些图片资料,使之图文并茂,丰富板书的内容;形式上适当使用彩色粉笔,充实板书的色彩。备课时,在认真钻研课文资料的基础上,精心设计课堂中的板书,对每一个单词、每一张图片、每一幅挂图,甚至于相应的每句话都要事先安排心中有数。在具体的设计中,特别要注意充分发挥各要素的作用,如:一、挂图二、简笔画。三、色彩。这样,经过精心设计的板书不但让人眼前一亮,还能深深吸引学生的注意力。板书设计的集整体性、艺术性和趣味性于一体,情境结合,大大改善了课堂气氛,提高了学习效率。( 1 )实物呈现。实物是连接英语知识与实际生活的桥梁,教师通过描述实物、围绕实物展开对话等活动能帮助学生将自身的生活经验与已有的知识联系起来。 ( 2 )形象呈现。教师可以利用图片、电教设备、教学挂图、多媒体等方式呈现情景,训练对话。如:周末活动、谈论居室、谈论家庭成员、四季等。 ( 3 )简笔画呈现。简笔画可以用在教学的各个环节,甚至是各种课型。它的特征是简单、快捷、高效。教师用寥寥数笔,简单的线条,就能画出要教学的内容,以最小的代价(一支笔、一块黑板)就能取得较好的教学效果,而且可以节省宝贵的教学时间。教师在课堂上边语言描述边画,展示会话的情景及变化,生动形象,能很好地吸引学生,这是图片、实物等媒体所不能替代的。 ( 4 )肢体呈现。主要指教师通过丰富的表情和形象的动作呈现会话中人物的表情和行为动作,不仅能吸引学生的注意力,而且使会话教学生动有趣。 ( 5 )情景呈现。会话教学离不开情境,语言交际更离不开情境。学生只有参与真实情境下的交际活动才能真正掌握语言。在现实的教学中,教师不可能将某些真实的情景搬入课堂,但却能模拟出真实的情景,创设真实自然的语言交际氛围,让学生理解所学内容并通过体验、感知、交流与实践,培养综合语言运用能力。 教学设计不等同于备课。备课是教师根据教学内容运用教学方法和教学活动来组织教学,以达到预定的教学目标的一个过程。在备课过程中,教师很少考虑到学生的需求和实际情况。而教学设计除了要达到预定教学目标外,教师更多的要关注学生的学习需求和学习过程。并且教学设计要符合“以教师为主导,学生为主体”的教学模式。教学评价是教学设计的重要组成部分。在平时的教学活动中,有很多教师往往因为课程繁多等原因而忽视了教学评价的的存在,上完一堂课后没有及时对该堂课进行评价和反思。这在很大程度上导致了教师的教学水平得不到提高。学习完这门课程之后,我深深感受到了即使有再繁重的课程,也要在课后花时间来给每一节课做一个评价和反思,从而来促进自己教学水平的提高。受益匪浅。作为一名小学英语教师,由于受教学条件、学生素质等不理想因素的限制,我们的英语课堂教学存在许多不足之处,学生的口头表达能力较差,较少进行故事教学和阅读教学。这次学习让我不仅对会话、阅读、故事这三块常规教学的概念,实施意义,实际操作模式有了充分的了解,更让我对这三块内容的教学在理论上和实际操作上都有了全新的认识。在今后的教学中,我会有意识的用这些理论指导我的教学,提高自己的教学水平。另外小学英语口语教学活动实施的几点建议:课堂中的活动不可能与教师的教案完全一致。在课堂上有时会发生一些让老师们意想不到的事。如何利用这些突发事件创造的情景自然地给学生提供学习语言的机会是新课程下教师的必备素质。教师的课堂教学活动是跟替学生走, 而不是跟着教案走。如英语课的前一节课是体育课, 教师可适时地把球类以及体育运动作为该堂课的教学主题。这样, 学生们结合自己已有的生活经验来学习新知, 使知识学习与生活实际紧密联系在一起, 从而提高了学生的学习效果, 寓生活于情景教学之中, 有利于提高学生学习语言的兴趣, 充分体现了“ 教育即生活” 这一教育理念。总而言之, 由于教学情景的变化而改变教学计划是常有的事。是否改变和怎样改变都应该取决于学生, 教学的目的本身就是为了学生的语言能力的发展和提高。学识和个性品质是英语教师紊质结构的基础, 而教学能力是素质结构最重要的组成部分,是衡量一个教师素质高低的重要标准。因此, 教师要善于通过创设生活情景来组织课堂教学活动, 激励学生主动参与, 让学生在具体的生活情景中学习英语。尤其应应用多媒体组合教学, 结合已有的教学经验、体会, 寻找现代信息技术与英语口语活动的最佳结合点, 构建适合小学生英语口语活动的主题英语教学活动, 使学生想说、乐说、爱说。另外, 教师在教学实践的过程中, 要注意建立和谐、宽松、民主的教学氛围。只有轻松的教学氛围才会使学生大胆实践、勇于探索, 不怕犯错误而增加语言实践的机会, 才有提高语言能力的可能。语言学习必须在用中学, 学中用, 学以致用。小学英语口语的教学目标是鼓励学生勇于开口并尝试用英语表达自己的想法。为了弥补小学生在学英语时社会环境口语文际环境的缺失, 教师应多给学生创造说英语的机会, 设计各种英语主题小活动, 以营造良好的说英语的氛围, 使他们有更多的机会去表达自己周围已发生或正在发生的事情。教无定法, 教师只有在充分理解了小学英语的教学目的之后, 才能在实际的口语教学活动中有所创新, 从而达到最佳的教、学效果。实用课堂教学用语(一)1.上课Class begin./ Its time for class.Lets have / start the lesson.Lets begin our lesson.2.起立 Stand up.3.同学们好 Good morning./ afternoon, everyone/ everybody/ boys and girls.4.请坐 Sit down, please.
