物流企业信息管理系统的构建研究本文文章目录导航 【题目】物流企业信息管理系统的构建研究【第一章】物流企业信息化建设探究绪论【第二章】物流信管系统可行性研究【第三章】物流企业信息管理需求分析【第四章】信息管理系统总体设计【第五章】物流公司信息系统的实现【第六章】物流企业信息系统测试【结论/参考文献】物流公司信息管理软件研发结论与参考文献 摘 要 信息化技术的不断普及和电子商务的日益发展，特别是第三方物流的发展，为物流产业的发展提供了有力的支持和难得的机遇。物流管理的现代化使得物流企业的系统化和信息化趋势成为了必然。物流企业的发展必然带动物流信息系统的发展。 本文研发的物流企业信息管理系统面向企业内部环境，结合该企业信息化建设发展现状，具有安全可靠，个性化需求明显，操作简单等特点。系统涵盖了企业用户管理、部门管理、仓储管理、即时通信与公告管理等多个方面，系统的实施对于加快企业信息化建设进程，保护企业数据起到了重要的作用。 系统开发严格遵循软件工程的思想，从软件计划开始，经历了需求分析、总体设计、详细设计、软件编码、软件测试和软件维护等软件生命周期的各个阶段，经过一段时间的试运行，系统已经取得了较好的效果。 物流企业信息管理系统由企业基础信息管理、仓储管理、企业公告、企业聊天软件和系统管理五个模块组成。企业基础信息管理模块由企业基本信息和系统基本信息组成。在企业基本信息管理模块中，以部门为单位建立企业人员信息化建设档案；在系统基本信息管理模块中，定义了用户名、用户密码、用户所属角色和权限等。仓储管理模块包括出库管理、入库管理、还库管理、库存管理。根据部门的不同，仓储管理模块只对有权限的用户角色开放。企业公告模块，用于快速发布企业重要信息。企业聊天软件，为企业定制聊天软件，实现用户登陆、好友列表显示、单聊、群聊等功能，为企业日常工作提供安全、灵活、及时的企业内部沟通渠道。系统管理模块用于对系统进行管理，包括用户管理、数据库备份等功能。 系统定义了四类角色，分别是系统管理员、部门信息管理员和普通用户，在普通用户中又分为具有仓储管理权限的用户（仓储用户）和不具有该权限的用户（用户），不同的用户对应不同的操作界面。只有系统管理员才能使用系统管理模块，对用户进行管理；部门信息管理员在企业公告模块中可以发布和删除部门信息，每个部门设立一个信息管理员，由系统管理员赋予权限。系统使用 J2EE 开发平台，编程语言使用 Java，基于 MVC 模式设计开发，后台数据库使用 Mysql 数据库。 本文研发的物流企业信息管理系统面向企业的实际需求，具有一定的社会意义，对于提高企业工作效率，提升企业竞争力起到了积极的促进作用。 关键词：物流企业信息管理，仓储管理，企业聊天软件 Abstract Management SystemThe continuous popularization of information technology and the development ofe-commerce, especially the development of the third party logistics, provide a strong supportand a rare opportunity for the development of the logistics industematization and informatization of logistics enterprisesbecome inevita lead to the developmentof logistics information sysistics enterprise information managementsystem for enterprise internal environment, combined with the current situation of theenterprise information construction, with safe and reliable, personalized needs clear andsimple operation trepartmentmanagement, warehouse management, instant communication and announcementmanagemle in speeding up theprocess of enterprise information construction and protecting enterprise das of software engineering, starting fromthe software plans, has experienced the stages of software life cycle, including requirementsanalysis, design, detailed design, software coding, software testing and software maintenahas achieved good resustem is composed of five modules: enterprise basic information management, warehouse management, enterprise announcements,enterprise chat software and system managem of enterprise basic information and system basic informatbuilding enterprise personnel informationfiles take the department as a unit; in the system basic information management module, username, user password, user's role and authority are defi, outbound management, return management, and inventorymanagemement module is openonly to authorized usof important informat enterprise to achieve userlogin, friends list, single chat, group chat and other functions, provides safe, flexible andtimely internal communication channels for the daily work of the enterprincluding user management, databasebackup and other functiare system administrator, departmentinformation administrator and ordinary users, ordinary users are also divided into user havewarehouse management authority (storage users) and does not have the authority user (users).
