毕业设计(论文)题 目: 支 架 级 进 模 设 计学 院 : 工 程 技 术 学 院 专 业 : 机 械 设 计 制 造 及 其 自 动 化学 生 姓 名 : * * 指 导 教 师 : * 毕 业 设 计 ( 论 文 ) 时 间 : 二 八 年 三 月 十 日 六 月 一 日 共 十 二 周设计总说明宝宝制作 QQ:894746285多工位级进模是冲压模具中的一种。它是在单工序冲压模具基础上发展起来的多工序集成模具,作为现代冲压生产的先进模具,能够在一副模具中完成复杂零件的冲裁、翻边、弯曲、拉深、立体成形等多种冲压工序,它可以将复杂的制件外形或型孔,经分解变成简单的冲压。冲压时,将带料或条料由模具入口端送进后,在严格控制步距精度的条件下,按照成形工艺安排的顺序,通过各工位的连续冲压,在最后工位经冲裁或切断后,便可冲制出符合产品要求的冲压件。相对而言,多工位级进模的单个工位的冲压难度比单个工序模要简单多了,因而能够将复杂的零件用一副级进模冲压而成,并且可以在无人操作的情况下进行高速冲压。模具可以采用优质、高强度、高耐磨材料制造,模具的加工采用先进的 CNC 制模设备和合理工艺。因此,多工位级进模具有高效、高精度、长寿命、操作安全可靠、可以加工复杂零件的特点,它已成为实现大生产、降低生产成本的最佳选择。它是当代先进冲压模具的代表,因此深受人们重视,应用也日益广泛,被指定为“十一五” 规划中重点发展的模具之一。本课题来自联系生产实际的课题,课题的目的是综合运用本专业所学课程的理论和生产实际知识,进行一次冷冲压模具设计工作的实际训练,从而培养和提高自己独立工作的能力;认真学习“冷冲压模具设计”等课程内容,掌握冷冲压模具设计的方法和步骤;掌握冷冲压模具设计的基本技能,如计算、绘画、查阅设计资料和手册,熟悉标准和规范等;根据所给零件图设计出一套冷冲压模具,并与生产实际环节相联系。本设计标准是在本冲压模具设计过程中结合生产实际,首先要了解多工位级进模的概念,以及它是如何进行工作的,冲压成形的基本理论,并明确本课题即支架级进模的设计要求。然后在读懂看懂该制件的零件图的基础上,运用冲压成形的基本理论并通过查阅各种与冲压模及级进模相关的资料,对该制件的材料、结构、精度等进行工艺性分析,在工艺分析的基础上,即在确定其适合冲压的基础上提出几种可行的工艺方案,用技术经济分析方法确定最佳工艺方案,最后确定出以冲孔 - 冲裁 - 切边、打包、弯 Z 形 - 弯 U、V 、L 形 - 切边 - 切边进冲压工艺方案为最佳冲压工艺方案。在明确了工艺方案后,进行模具总体结构设计,包括模具类型的选择、操作方式的选择、定位方式的选择、卸料出件方式的选择、导向方式的选择。然后进行模具工艺与设计计算,此章是本说明书的重点内容之一,包括排样设计、冲压力计算和压力中心计算、压力机的确定以及凸、凹模刃口的计算原则、计算方法及具体计算。然后再进行模具主要零部件的设计与计算,包括模具中主要零件的设计及选择和某些零件相关尺寸的计算及校核,如确定凹模尺寸、凸模尺寸,确定凸、凹模的结构形式,并对其进行强度校核,卸料板的选择及厚度的确定、卸料橡皮的设计、卸料螺钉的选用、垫板的采用与厚度、凸模固定板尺寸及其厚度的确定、导正销等的结构和尺寸设计,以及结合相关计算,查阅一些相关的标准所得的标准件,如上、下模座,垫板、卸料板,导柱、导套等;通过以上计算和分析得出此模具的总装图。最后是模具零件的选材。设计原则是在冲孔、冲裁、折弯级进模具的设计过程中,收集大量的材料去研究冲模的设计过程,参考了大量的关于冲压模设计及冲压工艺的书籍和技术资料。去研究本复合冲压模设计的每一个要点,对每一个零件的设计都验证了其合理性,刻苦钻研级进模设计的过程,及时发现问题并找指导老师讲解。设计的主要技术资料查阅图书资料,收集网上信息资源,锻炼了自学能力和对问题的分析能力。对于进一步认识模具的结构,熟悉其工作原理及过程仍有重要意义。尽管只是一套模具的设计,但可以通过该模具的设计提升自己总体的机械设计能力,对级进模设计有了更深入的认识。本设计本着与生产实际相结合的原则,考虑到零件加工的工艺方案,生产批量等问题,来设计整套模具。现在模具的零件大多数已经标准化,也大力提倡模具零件使用标准,由于本加工制件材料薄、外形尺寸小,模架的选择等零件可选用国家标准。此外,对零件图和装配图结合生产实际从经济性和制造方便性等多方面进行了审核和修改。本文所设计的模具是符合要求的,是可行的。Design General InformationMulti-Position is progressive die in a stamping die.
