45、案来抢占中国的健身器材市场1。在与国外健身器材企业的竞争中,国产品牌暴露出缺乏产品研发,技术创新能力和技术含量不高等弊端。因此迫切需要加大对健身器材的科技创新力度,提高产品质量,加强自主研发能力,使本国的产品与国际接轨,在健身器材市场上赢得一席之地。健身车是一种常用的家用/商用室内健身器材。它由自行车衍生而来,并沿袭了自行车双脚交替踩踏的运动方式。从结构形式上,健身车可分为立式 (图1)和卧式(图2)两种。另外,还出现了采用同样运动形式的手摇式健身车(图3)。虽然采用手来驱动,锻炼的肌肉群也与普通健身车不同,但是根本上来说,他们都是模拟自行车的双脚交替呈180的运动形式。多年来,健身车产业在市

46、场需求的推动下虽然发展迅速,但都只是在舒适性和安全性上进行的改进,在其核心运动形式并没有突破性的进步。新型四驱分立式健身车具有手、脚共4个独立驱动。结合人体工程学的合理设计,每个驱动都能顺畅、舒适地完成360整周运动。这种四驱的运动形式是对传统健身车运动形式的一种质的突破,不仅充分锻炼了人体上下肢、腰腹等主要肌肉群,其丰富多样的运动方式组合也使锻炼过程充满趣味性,更能让人体验到前所未有的自由奔驰的感觉。2四驱分立的原理和设计运动原理四驱健身车采用了双手双脚分别驱动的原理,使每个输入端都能在不影响其他驱动的情况下,独立驱动主轴转动,从而使骑行者能根据个人喜好,以不同的的运动姿态进行运动,实现踏楼

47、梯、豹奔跑、蛙泳等不同运动方式。 这种双手双脚多驱动装置主要利用了超越离合器的超越功能。其四套独立的驱动装置代替了以往健身车的单驱动装置,并分别驱动阻力系统的从动元件。超越离合器是一种特殊的机械离合器,在机械传动中,它可以根据主、从动部分相对运动速度的变化或旋转方向的改变,自动结合或脱开。驱动元件只能从单一方向使从动元件转动。如果驱动元件改变方向(如顺时针变为逆时针方向),从动元件则自动脱离,不产生任何传递动力的功能。以两驱动为例,如图4所示,每个驱动装置用一个超越离合器作为驱动装置的正、反向自动转换开关。当驱动装置A按图示箭头方向旋转时,超越离合器A结合,带动从动装置按同一方向旋转。此时,超越离合器B自动脱离(超越),使得驱动装置B不连动。反之,驱动装置B按图箭头方向旋转时,离合器B结合,带动从动装置旋转,此时,超越离合器A脱离。传动系统设计区别于普通健身车固定式把手的设计,四驱健身车的双手也能进行运动。因此手脚传动系统需要将双手的运动传递到主轴上,使双手双脚的四组分动系统联合起来,实现共同驱动健身车的从动装置。常用的传动方式为带传动以及链传动。但它们都只能在固定长度的前提下来进行功率传递,无法满足设计要求。由于本健身车的把
