dedtheEmployer.3.CompensationandBenefits3.1SalaryTheEmployeeshallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount]in[Currency],subjecttoapplicabletaxesanddeductions.3.2PaymentScheduleTheEmployee'ssalaryshallbepaidonthe[PaymentDate]ofeachmonth,unlessotherwiseagreeduponbothparties.3.3OvertimeCompensation3.4BenefitsPackageTheEmployeeshallbeendtothefollowingbenefits:HealthinsurancecoveragePaidvacationleavePaidsickleaveProfessionaldevelopmentopportunities4.DutiesandResponsibilities4.1GeneralDutiesTheEmployeeshallperformalldutiesreasonablyexpectedofanAnimationDesigner,includingbutnotlimitedto:DevelopinganddesigninganimatedcontentCollaboratingwithotherteammemberstocreatehighqualityanimationsAdheringtoprojectdeadlinesandqualitystandards4.2SpecificDesignResponsibilitiesTheEmployeeshallberesponsibleforthefollowingspecificdesigntasks:CreatingstoryboardsDesigningcharactermodelsandbackgroundsAnimatingcharactersandobjectsEditingandrenderingfinalanimations4.3QualityStandardsTheEmployeeshallensurethatallworkproducedmeetsthequalitystandardssettheEmployer.5.PerformanceEvaluation5.1EvaluationProcessTheEmployershallconductanannualperformanceevaluationoftheEmployee,whichshallincludeareviewoftheEmployee'sachievements,strengths,andareasforimprovement.5.2EvaluationCriteriaTheevaluationcriteriashallincludetheEmployee'sadherencetodeadlines,qualityofwork,collaborationwithteammembers,andoverallcontributiontothesuccessoftheproject.5.3FeedbackandImprovementTheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithfeedbackandsuggestionsforimprovementbasedontheevaluationresults.6.IntellectualPropertyRights6.1OwnershipofWorkProductAllworkproducedtheEmployeeduringthetermofthisAgreementshallbethepropertyoftheEmployer,exceptasotherwiseagreeduponinwriting.6.2ConfidentialityandNonDisclosureTheEmployeeagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationreceivedfromtheEmployerandtonotdisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.6.3UseofCompanyPropertyTheEmployeeshallusetheEmployer'sproperty,equipment,andsoftwareinaccordancewiththeEmployer'spoliciesandprocedures.8.ConfidentialityandNonCompeteClause8.1ConfidentialInformation8.2NonCompeteTerms8.3ExclusionsfromNonCompeteTheNonCompeteClauseshallnotapplytoanyworkthattheEmployeeindependentlydevelopedpriortotheemploymentoranygeneralknowledgeacquiredduringtheemployment.9.CompliancewithLawsandRegulations9.1CompliancewithEmploymentLaws9.2CompliancewithIndustryRegulations10.DisciplinaryProcedures10.1GroundsforDisciplineTheEmployermayimposedisciplinarymeasures,includingbutnotlimitedtowarnings,suspension,orterminationofemployment,foranyofthefollowingreasons:InsubordinationorinsubordinationMisconductordishonestyFailuretomeetperformanceexpectations10.2DisciplinaryActionsDisciplinaryactionsshallbeappliedinaccordancewiththeseverityoftheoffenseandtheEmployee'spreviousdisciplinaryrecord.10.3AppealProcessTheEmployeeshallhavetherighttoappealanydisciplinarydecisiontotheEmployer'smanagementwithin[AppealPeriod]daysofreceivingthedecision.11.DisputeResolution11.1ArbitrationIntheeventofanydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreement,thepartiesagreetosubmitthedisputetobindingarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof[ArbitrationInstitution].11.2MediationPriortoinitiatingarbitration,thepartiesshallattempttoresolvethedisputethroughmediation.11.3GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].12.MiscellaneousProvisions12.1GoverningLanguageThegoverninglanguageofthisAgreementshallbeEnglish.12.2AmendmentsAnyamendmenttothisAgreementshallbeinwritingandsignedbothparties.12.3EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andnegotiations,whetherwrittenororal.13.Signatures13.1EmployerSignatureTheEmployeragreestothisAgreementthesignatureofitsauthorizedrepresentativebelow:[Employer'sRepresentativeName][Employer'sRepresentativeTitle][Date]13.2EmployeeSignatureTheEmployeeagreestothisAgreementthesignaturebelow:[Employee'sName][Date]13.3WitnessSignatureThisAgreementhasbeenwitnessed:[WitnessName][Date]14.AttachmentsandAppendices14.1ListofAttachmentsThefollowingdocumentsareattachedtoandformanintegralpartofthisAgreement:[ListofAttachments]14.2ListofAppendicesThefollowingappendicesareattachedtoandformanintegralpartofthisAgreement:[ListofAppendices]第二部分:第三方介入后的修正1.ThirdPartyDefinition1.1ForthepurposeofthisAgreement,aThirdPartyshallbedefinedasanyindividual,entity,ororganizationthatisnotaPartytothisAgreementbutisinvolvedintheperformanceoftheAgreement,includingbutnotlimitedtoconsultants,agents,contractors,suppliers,andintermediaries.2.ThirdPartyEngagement2.1TheEmployermayengageaThirdPartytoassistintheperformanceofthisAgreement,providedthatsuchengagementisagreeduponinwritingboththeEmployerandtheEmployee.2.2TheEmployeeacknowledgesthattheEmployermayfromtimetotimeengageThirdPartiestoprovideservicesthatarenecessaryfortheEmployeetoperformtheirdutiesunderthisAgreement.3.ThirdPartyResponsibilities3.2TheEmployershallberesponsible
