每米,1D=1m-1。4.2.2渐变焦老视成镜主基准点顶焦度标称范围:+1.00m4.2.3顶焦度变化量(附加顶焦度)-1-1~+4.00m-1。标称范围应在+1.00m4.3多焦老视成镜-1~+4.00m。4.3.1顶焦度和棱镜度4.3.1.1按照5.3.1描述的方法进行测量,远用区顶焦度和棱镜度均应符合GB45184的规定。4.3.1.2按照5.3.1描述的方法进行测量,左右镜片的远用区顶焦度互差应符合GB45185的规定。4.3.1.3按照5.3.1描述的方法进行测量,近用区顶焦度应符合GB45184的规定。4.3.2顶焦度变化量(附加顶焦度)按照5.3.2描述的方法进行试验,顶焦度变化量偏差应符合GB45184的规定。4.3.3中心点(远用基准点)位置4.3.3.1按照5.3.3描述的方法进行测量,中心点水平距离允许的偏差应为±2.0mm,单侧水平距离允许的偏差应为±1.0mm。4.3.3.2按照5.3.3描述的方法进行测量,中心点垂直互差不应大于1.0mm。4.3.4近用基准点位置4.3.4.1按照5.3.4描述的方法进行测量,近用基准点水平距离允许的偏差应为±2.0mm,单侧水平距离允许的偏差应为±1.0mm。4.3.4.2按照5.3.4描述的方法进行测量,近用基准点垂直互差不应大于1.0mm。2GB/T13511.4—20254.4渐变焦老视成镜4.4.1顶焦度和棱镜度4.4.1.1按照5.4.1描述的方法进行测量,主基准点的顶焦度和棱镜度均应符合GB45184的规定。4.4.1.2按照5.4.1描述的方法进行测量,左右镜片主基准点的顶焦度互差应符合GB45185的规定。4.4.2顶焦度变化量(附加顶焦度)按照5.4.2描述的方法进行测量,顶焦度变化量偏差应符合GB45184的规定。4.4.3中心点(配适点)位置4.4.3.1按照5.4.3描述的方法进行测量,中心点水平距离与标称值的允许的偏差应为±2.0mm。4.4.3.2按照5.4.3描述的方法进行测量,中心点单侧水平距离允许的偏差应为±1.0mm。4.4.3.3按照5.4.3描述的方法进行测量,中心点垂直互差不应大于1.0mm。4.4.3.4按照5.4.3描述的方法进行测量,永久标记连线的水平倾斜度不应大于2°。4.5装配质量4.5.1按照5.5描述的方法进行试验,多焦老视成镜装配质量应符合GB/T13511.1的规定。4.5.2按照5.5描述的方法进行试验,渐变焦老视成镜装配质量应符合GB/T13511.2的规定。5试验方法5.1试验条件试验环境温度为23℃±5℃。5.2一般要求5.2.1多焦老视成镜镜片材料和表面质量按照GB/T10810.1描述的方法进行试验。5.2.2渐变焦老视成镜镜片材料和表面质量按照GB/T10810.2描述的方法进行试验。5.2.3光透射比性能按照GB45184描述的方法进行试验。5.2.4镜架外观质量、包覆层性能和阻燃性按照GB/T14214描述的方法进行试验。5.3多焦老视成镜5.3.1顶焦度和棱镜度按照GB45184描述的方法进行测量。5.3.2顶焦度变化量(附加顶焦度)按照GB45184描述的方法进行测量。5.3.3中心点(远用基准点)位置按照GB45185描述的方法进行测量。3GB/T13511.4—20255.3.4近用基准点位置以焦度计的基准靠板为水平工作线,对其中一镜片的子镜片定好近用基准点,使十字标像位于视场正中,打印中心标记O1。然后在不移动靠板的条件下平移镜架,使另一镜片的子镜片十字标像竖线对中,打印中心标记O2′。若此点(O2′)不是近用基准点,则垂直移动到近用基准点O2并打印,取下镜架用直尺或游标卡尺量出两镜片的近用基准点水平距离O2′O1和左右镜片近用基准点垂直互差O2′O2。见图1。也可采用与上述等效的方法进行测量。标引序号说明:a——两镜片水平距离;b——镜片近用基准点与镜片边缘水平距离;——近用基准点水平距离;O2′O1O2′O2——近用基准点垂直互差;O1D、O2D——近用基准点单侧水平距离(a/2+b)。图1近用基准点测量示意图5.4渐变焦老视成镜5.4.1顶焦度和棱镜度主基准点的顶焦度和棱镜度按照GB45185描述的方法进行测量。5.4.2顶焦度变化量(附加顶焦度)按照GB/T13511.2描述的方法进行测量。5.4.3中心点(配适点)位置按照GB45185描述的方法进行测量。5.5装配质量5.5.1多焦老视成镜装配质量按照GB/T13511.1描述的方法进行试验。5.5.2渐变焦老视成镜装配质量按照GB/T13511.2描述的方法进行试验。4GB/T13511.4—20256标记6.1镜架标记镜架上至少应有以下字迹清晰的牢固标记:a)生产者和/或供应商的名称或商标(可以缩写或图形表示);b)生产者和/或供应商标称顶焦度变化量(附加顶焦度),单位为每米(m注:牢固标记通常选用雕刻、移印等方式进行标记。-1)。6.2渐变焦老视成镜标记6.2.1永久性标记两镜片上至少有以下几个永久性标记:a)配装基准:由两相距为34mm的标记点组成,两标记点分别与一含有配适点或棱镜基准点的垂面等距离;b)顶焦度
