TermsandThedefinitionsinGB/T13074andT/CHA10−2−20appliestothisdocument.Thefollowingtermsanddefinitionsapplytothisdocument.BloodPurificationAplaceengagedinbloodpurificationtreatment.Inadditiontoprovidingroutinedialysistreatment,bloodpurificationfacilitycanalsoprovideplasmaexchange,wholebloodorplasmaadsorption,ortoprovidehomedialysisfollow−upservices.SpecificationsofInternalLayoutofBloodPurificationSpecificationofBasicBloodpurificationfacilityshouldhavenecessaryfunctionareas,reasonablelayout,smoothreasonableflowofpersonnel,cleaningsuppliesandmedicalwaste,andthecrossofmedicalwasteflowandcleaningsuppliesflowshouldbeavoidedorreduced.Patientflowlinesshouldallowwheelchairs,rescuecarriage/bedtopasssmoothly.BloodpurificationfacilityshouldhavesewagetreatmentsystemwhichshouldmeettherequirementofGB18466.Ifbloodpurificationfacilityimplementscentraldialysatesupplyorcentralconcentratesupply,thecentralliquidsupplyroomshouldbeestablished.Inaddition,correspondingspecificationsshouldbeestablishedtoensurethequalityofcentraldialysateorconcentrate.Ifthebloodpurificationroomimplementsdialyzerdisinfectionandreuse,adialyzerdisinfectionroomshouldbeconfigured.Thebloodpurificationroomshouldhavedualpowersupplysystem.Ifmunicipalpowersupplyfailurefrequent,emergencyautonomouspowergenerationdevicesshouldbepowersupplysystemshouldfulfilltheon-peakThefloorofthebloodpurificationroomshouldbewaterproof,skid−resistantandacid−resistant;thewallshouldbeeasytobecleanedanddisinfected.Thechannelsconnectingeachfunctionareainthebloodpurificationroomshouldbeabletoaccommodatethesmoothpassingofthecommonlyusedportablemedicalequipment.Equipmentincludeselectrocardiograminstrument,B−ultrasoundmachine,X−raymachine,dialysisbed,stretcher,Thebloodpurificationfacilityshouldhaveaninformationmanagementsystemwithinternetconnectionfordatasubmissiontolocalornationalqualitycontroldepartment.SpecificationofFunctionPatientWaitingbloodpurificationfacilityshouldbedividedintoseveralfunctionalarea,includingpatientwaitingarea,changingareaandtoilet,receptionarea,treatmentpreparationarea,nursingstation,dialysistreatmentarea,watertreatmentarea,warehouse,cleaningroom,solidwastetemporarystoreroom,livingquartersforstaffmembers,equipmenthandlingarea,peritonealdialysisarea,andothernecessaryareas.patientwaitingThewaitingareaisusedforpatientwaitingandpost−dialysisrestandpatientfamilywaiting.ItshouldmeettheclassIVenvironmentalstandardrequiredbyGB15982.TheareaofwaitingareashouldmatchthesizeofbloodpurificationThewaitingareashouldbelocatedinthepositionwherepatientsenterandleavethebloodpurificationfacility;thebenchwithbackshouldbeconfiguredforshortrestafterdialysis.Itisrecommendedthatdrinkingfountainandmicrowaveovenbeconfigured.Ifpossible,media equipmentcanbeconfiguredtocarryouthealtheducation;dialysisscheduleinquirycanbeconfiguredtofacilitatepatientsandfamilymemberstoarrangetheirPatientChangingRoomsandChangingChangingroomsandtoiletsshouldmeettheclassIVenvironmentalstandardsrequiredbyGBChangingThesizeofchangingroomshouldmatchthatofthebloodpurificationfacility,anditisrecommendedthatmenandwomenareseparated.Lockershouldbeconfiguredinthechangingroom;itisrecommendedthatbenchandemergencycallbuttonbeconfigured.Thechangingroomshouldhavebrightlight,aircirculationandsuitableItisrecommendedthateachpatientbeprovidedwithindividuallocker.Toavoidcross−infection,correspondingrulesshouldbeformulatedwhenmultiplepatientssharingonelocker.Theareaandsizeofthetoiletshouldmatchthesizeofthebloodpurificationfacilitysothatpatientscaneasilyreachfromtherangeofactivityinthebloodpurificationfacility.ThedesignstandardshouldmeettherequirementsofCJJ14,andtoiletsshouldbedisabledaccessible.Itisrecommendedthathandrailsandemergencycallbuttonsshouldbeconfiguredintoiletsandbeinstalledinthepositionwheretheyareeasytouseandoperate.ClinicalReceptionClinicalreceptionareashouldhavebrightlight,aircirculationandsuitabletemperature.ItshouldmeettheclassIVenvironmentalstandardsrequiredbyGB15982.ClinicalreceptionareaisusedtostoretherunningmedicalchartsofClinicalreceptionareashouldhaveaweightingmachine,itisrecommendedthatabarrier−freeweightingmachinebeconfiguredandtheaccuracyoftheweightmachineshouldbeatleast0.1kg;Mercurialsphygmomanometerorelectronicsphygmomanometershouldbeconfigured.Clinicalreceptionareashouldbeequippedwithtable,computer,filingcabinetandotherofficesupplies,aswellasbasinandhands−washing−freedisinfectant.Thefaucetwaterswitchofthebasinshouldbenon−touchingtype,pedal−touchingtypeorknee−touchingtype.ThehandwashingfacilitiesshouldbeconfiguredinaccordancewiththerequirementsofWS/T313.ItshouldhaveairandsurfacedisinfectionsettingsandmeettheclassIIIenvironmentalstandardsrequiredbyGB15982.Treatmentpreparationroomisusedforshort−timestorageofdrugsneededfordialysistreatment,includingheparin,protamine,sterilesalinesolution,erythropoietin,etc.;usedforshort−termstorageofsterilizedspareitems,includingphlebotomykit,dressingchangekit,suturekit,etc.;usedforstorageofdisposablesyringes,iodinewine,alcohol,iodophorandotherbloodpurificationrelatedconsumables.Drugsneededduringdialysisshouldbepreparedinthetreatmentpreparationroomandassignedtoeachtreatmentvehicle.NursingNursingstationshouldbeconfiguredinthedialysistreatmentroom,closetothedialysistreatmentpreparationroomandinaplacewherepatientsareeasilyobserved.ItshouldmeettheclassIIIenvironmentalstandardsrequiredbyGB15982.Nursingstationshouldconfigureabloodpurificationinformationsystem.Theinformationregistrationsystemcanalsobeconfiguredinthereceptionarea.ItshouldmeettheclassIIIenvironmentalstandardsrequiredbyGB15982andensurequietenvironment,sufficientlightandpropertemperature.Dialysistreatmentroomconsistsofdialysisstations.Eachdialysisstationiscomposedofadialysismachineandadialysisbedordialysischair.Inaddition,asuitablecapacityandquantityofpowersockets,reverseosmosiswaterconnectorsandsewageconnectorsshouldbeconfigured;vacuumsuctionconnector,oxygenconnector,andemergencycallsystemterminalshouldbeconfigured;networkconnectorsandmultimediaconnectorsareconfiguredaccordingtoneeds.Thebedbetweenthedialysisunitshouldbeatleast1.0mapartfromeachother,andthedialysismachineandbedorchairshouldbeatleast30cmawayfromthewall.Thewidthofthechannelsconnectingdialysisunitshouldbeenoughtoaccommodatethepassingofportabledialysisbedordialysischair,andstretcher.Theisolateddialysisareascanbeconfiguredasneededfortheisolationtreatmentofpatientswithblood−borneorrespiratorytract−bornetransmissiondisease.Iftheisolateddialysisareaisconfigured,correspondingmanagementnormsshouldbeformulatedtoavoidcross−infection.Atthepatients’entranceofdialysistreatmentroom,itisrecommendedthatanappropriateofhandwashingdevicesbeconfiguredforpatientstocleanthepuncturesitebeforeInthedialysistreatmentroom,anappropriatenumberofwashbasinsshouldbeseparatelyconfigured,andthefaucetwateroutletcontrolshouldbenon−touchingtype,knee−touchingtypeorpedal−touchingtype.Thetreatmentvehicles(containingsuppliesanddrugsessentialfordialysis)shouldbereserved,andthenumberoftreatmentvehiclesshouldbeatleast1/5ofthenumberofthedialysisbeds.Theupperlayerofthetreatmentvehicleisacleanareaforplacingsparedisinfectant,cottonswabs,dialyzer,pipeline,bloodcollectiontube,emptyneedle,etc.;thelowerlayerofthetreatmentvehicleisacontaminatedareaforplacingnon−medicalwastebag,medicalwastebagandsharps Atleastonerescuevehicleshouldbereserved,inwhichthenecessaryrescuesuppliesanddrugsareplacedaccordingtotherulesforeasyaccesstofirstaid.Includingtheequipment(sphygmomanometer,stethoscope,percussionhammer,flashlight,tonguedepressor,laryngoscope,trachealintubation,etc.)forphysicalexaminationanddrugsandconsumablesforrescue.Atleaseonesetofrescueequipmentshouldbeequipped,includingECGmonitor,defibrillator,simplyrespirator,vacuumsuctionequipment,etc.TheclassIIIenvironmentalstandardrequiredbyGB15982shouldbeThewatertreatmentroomshouldbesoundproof,andthewatertreatmentequipmentshouldavoiddirectsunlight.Thegroundload−bearingofthewatertreatmentroomshouldmeettheequipmentrequirements,waterprooftreatmentandfloordrainshouldbeconfigured,anditisrecommendedthegroundsinkbeconfigured.Itisrecommendedthattheoccupiedareaoftheequipmentshouldnotexceed2/3oftheareaofthewatertreatmentroom,andspaceshouldbereservedtomeettheneedsofwaterqualitysamplingandtesting,equipmentmaintenance,repairandservice.Theinfluenceofthewatertemperatureonwaterproductionshouldbetakenintoaccountinthedesignstageofwatertreatmentsystem.Watertreatmentroomshouldmaintainsuitableroomtemperaturetoensurethenormaloperationoftheequipment.Thewatertreatmentroomshouldbeequippedwithsandfiltrationdevice,resindevice,activatedcarbondevice,reverseosmosisdevice,reserveosmosiswatertransportationandrefluxpipelineaccordingtotheflowdirectionofthewaterway,andthesamplingpointsshouldbereservedonthewaterwaytoregularlytestthehardnessofwater,theresidualconcentrationofdisinfectant,theresidueofchemicalpollutantofreverseosmosiswateranddisinfectant,andthecontaminationofThewarehouseisdividedintodrywarehouseandwetwarehouse,whichshouldmeettheclassIIIenvironmentalstandardrequiredbyGB15982.ThetemperatureandhumidityofwarehouseshouldbesuitableforthetemporarystorageofdialysisThedrywarehouseisusedforthestorageofdialyzer,dialysispipeline,dialysispunctureneedle,dialysisconcentrate(s)powderandotherconsumables.ThewetwarehouseisusedforthestorageofdialysisconcentratedsolutionandperitonealdialysisForthebloodpurificationfacilitywithinthemedicalinstitution,thewarehousemanagementshouldmeettherequirementsofmedicalinstitution;forthebloodpurificationfacilityindependentofthemedicalinstitution,therulesandregulationsofwarehousemanagementshouldbeestablished.5Thesanitaryroomisusedforcleaning,disinfectingandstoringofthesanitarytools.ThemanagementrequirementsshouldmeettherelevantregulationsofWS/T512.Themanagementspecificationofcleaningtoolsshouldbeestablished.Thesolidwastetemporarystorageisusedforthetemporarystorageofsolidnon−medicalwasteandsolidmedicalwaste.Thestoragespaceshouldhavesuitablesizeandbeconnectedwiththebloodpurificationtreatmentroom.Itisrecommendedthatthemedicalwastetemporarystoragedirectlyconnectsoutsidethebloodpurificationfacility.WorkingAreaforStaffThedirector’soffice,headnurse’soffice,doctor’soffice,demonstrationroom/meetingroom,dutyroom,washbasinandotherofficefacilitiesareconfiguredaccordingtotheactualneeds.Theteabreakroom,showerroom,toiletandotherlivingfacilitiesareconfiguredaccordingtotheEquipmentHandlingTheclassIIIenvironmentalstandardrequiredbyGB15982shouldbeTheequipmenthandlingroomshouldbeclosetotheWaterTreatmentUsedforthemaintenance,serve,examination,testingandotherfunctionsofdialyzerandotherequipmentinthebloodpurificationfacility.ItshouldhaveenoughspacefortheclinicalengineeringtechniciantocarryoutmentionedinPeritonealDialysisManagementItisrecommendedthatbloodpurificationfacilityconfiguresperitonealdialysisroomforfollow−up,trainingandeducationofpatientswithperitonealdialysis.Theperitonealdialysisroomisdividedintoperitonealdialysisofficeandperitonealdialysisexchangeroom,whichshouldmeettheclassIIIenvironmentalstandardrequiredbyGB15982.Theareaofperitonealdialysisexchangeroomshouldbedeterminedaccordingtothenumberofpatientsonperitonealdialysis.Theperitonealdialysisexchangeroomshouldbeequippedwiththermostats,anappropriatenumberofseatsandliquidexchangeframes.OtherConfigurationsinBloodPurificationThebloodpurificationfacilitycanconfigureoperatingroomorhandlingroomaccordingtoneedsfortheestablishmentandrepairofarteriovenousfistula,establishmentandmaintenanceofcentralvenacatheterization,imbeddingandpullingoutofperitonealdialysiscatheterization,kidneybiopsyandotheroperations.Thereshouldhaveairandsurfacedisinfection
