7.Insurance

7.1TheShipownershallobtainandmaintaininsurancefortheVesselagainstallrisksoflossordamage,includingbutnotlimitedtohullinsurance,cargoinsurance,andprotectionandindemnityinsurance.

7.2TheCharterershallobtainandmaintaininsuranceforitsownpropertyandpersonnelduringtheoperationoftheVessel.
