前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T26711—2011《微孔笔头墨水笔》,与GB/T26711—2011相比,除结构调整和
编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—更改了微孔笔头墨水笔的分类(见第4章,2011年版的第3章);
—增加了初写性能的要求和试验方法(见5.1、6.2);
—更改了书写性能、笔头滑缩力、笔头强度、耐水性、间歇书写的要求(见5.1,2011年版的
4.1);
—增加了附着性的要求和试验方法(见5.1、6.8);
—增加了耐温性的要求和试验方法(见5.1、6.12);
—增加了笔套拉力的要求和试验方法(见5.1、6.14);
—更改了外观要求(见5.2,2011年版的4.1);
—增加了邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂含量的要求和试验方法(见5.3、6.16);
—更改了划圆书写机的要求(见6.1.1,2011年版的5.1.1);
—更改了环境条件的要求(见6.1.3,2011年版的5.1.3);
—更改了抗漏性的试验方法(见6.4,2011年版的5.10);
—更改了间歇书写的试验方法(见6.9,2011年版的5.9);
—更改了耐冲击性的试验方法(见6.13,2011年版的5.8);
—增加了成套产品抽样方法(见7.2.2);
—更改了出厂检验抽样方案(见7.3.2,2011年版的6.3.3);
—更改了笔的标志要求(见8.1.1,2011年版的7.1);
—更改了销售包装的标志要求(见8.1.3,2011年版的7.2.1);
—删除了保质期的要求(见2011年版的7.4.2)。

1范围
本文件给出了微孔笔头墨水笔分类的信息,规定了微孔笔头墨水笔的要求、检验规则、标志、包
装、运输和贮存,描述了相应的试验方法。
本文件适用于微孔笔头墨水笔(以下称“微孔墨水笔”)的研发、生产、检测和验收。

4.1微孔墨水笔按墨水性质分为水性微孔墨水笔和油性微孔墨水笔,水性微孔墨水笔按墨水着色剂种
类分为染料型和颜料型。
4.2微孔墨水笔按储水结构分为储水芯式和直液式。
4.3微孔墨水笔按笔头直径分为不同规格,相关信息见附录A。
