3术语和定义

多灾种multi⁃disasters

既定地方发生的、造成损害在一定程度之上的所有自然灾害,以及引发的次生灾害。

3.2

跨灾种cross⁃disasters

管理和处置具有耦合关系的多个灾种形成的综合对象。

示例:跨灾种监测、跨灾种预警。

灾害链disasterchain

因一种灾害发生而引起的一系列灾害发生的现象。

注:所发生的灾害间存在链式关联关系,具备诱生性、时序性和扩围性特征。
