DeportationAgreement

ThisDeportationAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasofthe______dayof______,20______(the"EffectiveDate"),byandbetweentheFederalRepublicofGermany,representedbytheFederalMinistryoftheInterior,BuildingandCommunity(hereinafterreferredtoas"Germany"),and______(hereinafterreferredtoas"Individual").

WHEREAS,GermanyhasdeterminedthattheIndividualissubjecttodeportationfromGermany;

WHEREAS,theIndividualacknowledgesthattheyaresubjecttodeportationandwishestodepartfromGermanyvoluntarily;

WHEREAS,GermanyandtheIndividualdesiretoenterintothisAgreementtosetforththetermsandconditionsunderwhichtheIndividualwilldepartfromGermanyvoluntarilyandagreenottore-enterGermanywithoutpermission.

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisesandcovenantscontainedherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

Article1:VoluntaryDeparture

1.1TheIndividualherebyagreestodepartfromGermanyvoluntarilyonorbefore______at______(the"DepartureDate").

1.2GermanyagreestofacilitatetheIndividual'sdeparturefromGermanybyprovidingnecessarytraveldocumentsandarrangingfortransportationtothedeparturepoint.

Article2:Re-entryProhibition

2.1TheIndividualherebyacknowledgesthattheyareprohibitedfromre-enteringGermanywithouttheexpresspermissionoftheGermanauthorities.

2.2TheIndividualagreesnottoattempttore-enterGermanywithoutproperauthorizationandacknowledgesthatanysuchattemptmayresultinimmediatedeportationandadditionallegalconsequences.

Article3:CompliancewithLaws

3.1TheIndividualagreestocomplywithalllaws,regulations,andordersofGermanyandanyotherrelevantjurisdictionduringtheperiodleadinguptotheirdepartureandthereafter.

3.2GermanyagreestoprovidetheIndividualwithinformationregardingthelawsandregulationsthattheIndividualmustcomplywith.

Article4:CooperationandAssistance

4.1TheIndividualagreestocooperatefullywithGermanyandanyrelevantauthoritiesinallmattersrelatedtotheirdepartureandanysubsequentlegalproceedings.

4.2GermanyagreestoprovidereasonableassistancetotheIndividualinobtainingnecessarydocumentationandmakingtravelarrangements.

Article5:Confidentiality

5.1BothpartiesagreetokeepthetermsofthisAgreementconfidentialandnotdiscloseanyinformationrelatedtothisAgreementtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.

Article6:GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheFederalRepublicofGermany.

Article7:Severability

IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.

Article8:EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriornegotiations,understandings,andagreements,whetherwrittenororal,withrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof.

Article9:AmendmentsandWaivers

Noamendment,modification,orwaiverofanyprovisionofthisAgreementshallbeeffectiveunlessitisinwritingandsignedbybothparties.

Article10:Assignment

TheIndividualmaynotassignanyoftheirrightsordelegateanyoftheirobligationsunderthisAgreementwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofGermany.

Article11:Notices

Allnotices,requests,demands,andothercommunicationsrequiredorpermittedtobegivenunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedtohavebeendulygivenifdeliveredpersonallyorsentbyregisteredmail,returnreceiptrequested,totheaddressessetforthbelowortosuchotheraddressesaseitherpartymayspecifyinwriting.

Article12:Counterparts

ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,andallofwhichtogethershallconstituteoneandthesameAgreement.
