引言
随着当前国内外各种科学技术的高速发展,盖玻片被广泛应用于科研、教学、医疗卫生和生物技术
研究等领域。在使用光学显微术对从生物体上切下的薄片生物标本进行研究前,为了防止生物标本在空
气中脱水变质,需要用盖玻片把标本埋封起来,而后将盖玻片置于显微镜成像光束的光路中。因此在对
显微物镜像差校正设计时,需考虑盖玻片的有关参数,使光学显微镜在各种应用场合能发挥其正常功
能,从而保证光学显微镜产品的设计、质量和应用,促进企业间的协调,提高生产效率。
鉴于上述原因,根据有关盖玻片的参数和使用功能,对盖玻片的各项主要指标予以标准化和规范化
是十分必要的。
GB/T
44276《显微镜盖玻片》包含了盖玻片的术语、要求、标志和标识等条款,并根据不同参
数和各种特性对盖玻片进行了规定。因此,GB/T
44276《显微镜盖玻片》分为两个部分:
—第1部分:尺寸偏差、厚度和光学特性。目的在于规定盖玻片的尺寸偏差、厚度和光学特性的
要求。
—第2部分:材料质量、成品标准和包装方式。目的在于规定盖玻片的材料质量、成品标准和包
装方式的要求和试验方法。

本文件规定了显微镜盖玻片的材料质量、成品标准和包装方式的要求和试验方法。
本文件适用于在可见光谱范围(400nm~760nm)中使用的显微镜盖玻片的设计、制造和应用。
