阅读理解专项练习一一默读
专家认为,做阅读理解不应该是读,而应该是看。默读有利于发展阅读者的内部语言,有利于强化理解,有利
于提高阅读速度。测试表明,我们朗读时,一分钟能念125个字就已很不错了,而默读时,每分钟可读150个字
以上,有人阅读小说时甚至可达每分钟600字。
默读时一定要做到如下三点:①全神贯注。这是有效阅读最需要的心理素质。②积极思维。默读有利于思维
活动的开展,有利于深层理解。③减少回视。回视率高不仅限制了速度,也会对内容的理解产生支离破碎的影响。
培养默读习惯最好的方法是扩大视幅快读,让你的嘴跟不上你的阅读速度;我们也可用手指压在嘴上或按住
喉部,这样就会逐渐改掉嘴唇抖动的坏习惯。

•个人的阅读能力的高低决定了他能否快速高效地吸收有用信息。合理的快速阅读可以使阅读者思想高度集中,
在阅读中积极思维,不时作出归纳、演绎、对比、推测,正确理解篇章大意。没有一定的阅读速度,就不能顺利

阅读理解专项练习一扩大视幅
扩大视幅是高效阅读的一种技巧,它是指在阅读过程中,我们要扩大眼睛在阅读材料上每停留一次所能感知的文
字的广度。阅读的过程,实际上是一个积极思维、迅速将文字符号转换为词义的过程。•般说来,我们的视幅总
长度可达到4-5厘米。所以我们在阅读过程中,要尽可能扩大视线在文章每一行的覆盖范围,将尽可能多的单词
收入视线范围之内。眼睛所注视的范围越大,输入大脑的文字内容也就越多,我们的阅读速度自然也就越快。
我们平时在阅读时,不能逐词阅读,要不断训练自己从"点读"过渡到"句读"、"段读",让我们的识别幅度覆
盖一个完整的思维单位,学会整体认读、整体理解句子意思,并要熟悉句子的结构和词语的搭配习惯,切忌读破
句。
