1Scope
Thisstandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirements,testmethods,inspectionrules,marking,packaging,transport,storage,qualitycertificateandpurchaseorder(orcontract)contentofultrafinemolybdenumpowder。
Thisstandardisapplicabletoultrafinemolybdenumpowderproducedwithhydrogenreductionmethod.

3Technicalrequirements
3.1Productdesignation
UltrafinemolybdenumpowdersareclassifiedintotwodesignationsasXFMo-1andXFMo-2accordingtoFisherparticlesizes.XFMo-1molybdenumpowderisusedtoproducefinemolybdenumproducts,andXFMo-2molybdenumpowderisusedasanactivecatalyticadditive.
3.2Chemicalcomposition
ThechemicalcompositionofproductsshallbeasspecifiedinTable1.

4TestMethods
4.1ThechemicalanalysisoftheproductshallbecarriedoutaccordancetoGB/T4325.
4.2TheFisherparticlesizerangeoftheproductshallbedeterminedinaccordancewithGB/T3249.
4.3TheapparentdensityoftheproductshallbedeterminedinaccordancewithGB/T1479.2.
4.4Theappearancequalityoftheproductshallbeinspectedvisually.
5Inspectionrules
5.1Inspectionandacceptance
5.1.1Theproductshallbeinspectedbyqualityinspectiondepartmentandthequalitycertificateshallbefilledoutthequalitycertificatetoensurethequalityoftheproductinaccordancewiththisstandard(orordercontract).
5.1.2Thepurchasersshallinspectthereceivedproductsinaccordancewiththisstandard.Ifthetestingresultsdonotcomplywiththisdocument,notificationofthediscrepanciesshallbeinformedtosupplierwithin45daysfromthedatereceivingtheproductsorthetimestipulatedinthesalescontractandberesolvedthroughnegotiationbetweenthesupplierandpurchaser.Incaseofanyarbitration,thearbitratedmaterialshallbenotlessthan60%ofthislotofproduct.Thearbitrationsamplingshallbeconductedbilaterallyonspotofgoodsdeposited.Arbitrationinstitutionshallbeagreedbetweenthesupplierandthepurchaser.
5.2Lots
Productsshallbesubmittedforacceptanceinlots,andeachlotshallbecomposedofthesamedesignation,productionprocessandmixture,Theweightofeachlotshallbeagreedbetweensupplierandpurchaser.
5.3Inspectionitemsandsampling
TheinspectionitemsandsamplingshallbeasspecifiedinTable2.

5.4.1TheroundingandjudgementofthetestresultshallbeaccordencewithGB/T

5.4.2Ifchemicalcompositionofproductisunqualified,doubleamountsofsamplesshouldbetakenforretest,Ifanyresultoftheretestremainsunqualified,thislotofproductsshallbejudgedasunqualified.
5.4.3IfFisherparticlesizeorapparentdensityisunqualified,doubleamountsofsamplesshouldbetakenforretest,Ifanyresultoftheretestremainsunqualified,thislotofproductsshallbejudgedasunqualified.
5.4.4Ifappearanceisunqualified,thislotshallbejudgedasunqualified.
6Marking,packaging,transport,storageandqualitycertificate
6.1Marking
Theexteriorpackageofproductsshallinclude:suppliername,productname,designation,lotnumber,netweight.
6.2Packaging
Productshallbepackagedinvacuumbags.Eachbagshallbenotmorethan5kg,Desiccantshouldbeplacedoutsideofthevacuumbag.Thevacuumbagsshallbeplacedinironpaillinedwithfoam.Thenetweightperpailshallbenotmorethan20kg.Incaseofspecialrequirements,thepackagemethodshallbeagreedbetweenmutualnegotiation.
6.3Transport
Productshallbekeptawayfrommoistureandviolentcollisionduringtransport.6.4Storage
Productshallbestoredindry,ventilatedandnoacid
