noc运维工程师岗位职责

noc运维工程师优刻得优刻得科技股份有限公司,优刻得工作职责:

1.利用网管平台实时监控云平台系统的运行状态,对检测到的问题,能够根据问题的类型、严重程度,及时协调跟进人员进行处理;

2.通过接收各产品业务告警电话,管理故障处理跟踪系统的事件报告,协调相关人员完成故障的处理;

3.根据要求进行故障排查、情况收集和故障处理反馈,解决云平台遇到的网络、系统等多方面的问题;

4.能够响应/处理初级网络故障/服务器故障

任职要求:

1.目前这个岗位希望有机房运维经验,服务器硬件相关底子的伙伴。一年以上相关工作经验;

2.非常熟悉windowsserver、linux/unix操作系统,可以快速建立常用应用环境,能够快速判断解决常见问题和故障;

3.了解交换机、路由器等网络设备、tcp/ip、网络应用协议;

4.有操作系统或网络维护以及服务器维护经验,有一定的网络故障、系统故障、应用服务故障的分析调试能力优先考虑;

5.具备ccnp/ccie/rhce优先考虑,熟悉linux和unix具有redhat认证优先;

6.适应7x24工作体系优先考虑,一个月4-5个夜班。

1、作为全球自动化运维领域专家,自动化运营组织核心成员,参与构建自动化运营能力;

2、结合自动化运营指标体系、方法、流程,端到端审视和梳理自动化运营问题;

3、识别并推动相关责任人解决,提升自动化运维水平,提升noc自动化运营效率。

任职要求:

业务技能要求:

1、沟通能力、学习能力较强,英语可作为工作语言;

2、作为领域专家,端到端跟进和推动自动化运营进展,对结果负责;

3、有一定的软件编程经验优先;

专业知识要求:

1.计算机、通信相关专业毕业(本科/硕士);

2.3年及以上通信技术服务类工作经验,具备至少一种(含无线、微波、接入网、数通等)现场维护经验,熟悉2/3/4g网络;
