移动游戏用户使用意愿影响因素研究的中期报告Abstract(摘要):随着移动游戏市场的不断扩大,探索影响用户使用意愿的因素已成为备受关注的研究话题。本文通过对相关文献的综述和实证研究的分析,发现影响移动游戏用户使用意愿的因素包括游戏质量、用户体验、社交因素、游戏内容等。其中,游戏质量是影响用户使用意愿的最主要因素,而用户体验、社交因素、游戏内容等因素也有着较大的影响作用。此外,用户的年龄、性别、教育程度、游戏经验等也会对用户使用意愿产生影响。未来研究可以进一步探究影响因素之间的相互作用及其具体机制。关键词:移动游戏;用户使用意愿;影响因素;游戏质量;用户体验;社交因素;游戏内容Introduction(引言):Withtherapiddevelopmentofmobilegames,exploringthefactorsthatinfluenceusers'willingnesstousemobilegameshasbecomeatopicofgreatconcernintheresearchfield.Inthisreport,wesummarizetheliteratureandempiricalstudiesonthistopic,andfoundthatthefactorsthatinfluencemobilegameusers'willingnesstouseincludegamequality,userexperience,socialfactors,gamecontent,etc.Amongthem,gamequalityisthemostimportantfactorthataffectsusers'willingnesstouse,whileuserexperience,socialfactors,gamecontent,andotherfactorsalsohaveasignificantimpact.Inaddition,users'age,gender,educationlevel,gameexperience,etc.mayalsoaffecttheirwillingnesstouse.Futureresearchcanfurtherexploretheinteractionbetweentheinfluencingfactorsandtheirspecificmechanisms.LiteratureReview(文献综述):Mobilegameisapopularformofentertainment,anditsmarkethasbeenexpandingrapidlyinrecentyears.Manystudieshaveexploredthefactorsthatinfluencemobilegameusers'willingnesstouse,andidentifiedvariouskindsofinfluencingfactors.Firstly,gamequalityisakeyfactorthataffectsusers'willingnesstousemobilegames.Gamequalityincludestechnicalquality,interfacedesign,gameplay,gamecontent,andsoon(Sunetal.,2017).Technicalqualityreferstothestability,speed,andfluencyofthegame'sperformance.Interfacedesignincludesthevisualandinteractivedesign,aswellaseaseofuse.Gameplayincludesgamemechanics,challenges,andrewards.Gamecontentreferstothegame'sstory,characters,world-building,etc.Allofthesefactorscontributetotheoverallqualityofthegame,anddirectlyimpactusers'experiencesandsatisfaction.Therefore,gamequalityisanimportantfactorthatinfluencesusers'willingnesstouse,withthehigherqualitythegameis,themorelikelyusersaretouseit.Secondly,userexperienceisalsoanimportantfactorthataffectsusers'willingnesstousemobilegames.Userexperienceincludestheoverallattitudesandemotionsfeltbyuserswheninteractingwiththegame.Apositiveuserexperienceischaracterizedbyfeelingsofsatisfaction,enjoyment,andengagement.Factorsthatcontributetoapositiveuserexperienceincludeinterfacedesign,gameplay,andotherfeaturesthatincreasetheuser'simmersionandenjoyment.Ontheotherhand,anegativeuserexperience,characterizedbyfrustration,boredom,orannoyance,canleadtousersdiscontinuinguse(Qiuetal.,2019).Userexperiencehasamoreimportantroleinpredictingthelong-termusageofgame,whichdirectlyaffecttheuserloyalty.Thirdly,socialfactorshaveagreatimpactonusers'willingnesstousemobilegames.Socialfactorsrefertothesocialinteractionsthatoccurwithinthegameandthesenseofcommunitythattheycreate.Socialinteractioncantakevariousforms,includingconnectivitywithfriendsorstrangers,sharinggameachievements,cooperativeorcompetitivegameplay,andsoon.Thesenseofcommunitythatcomesfromparticipatingintheseinteractionscanincreaseusersatisfactionandstrengthenuserloyalty(Linh&Ngo,2020).Thus,socialfactorssuchassocialinteractionsandcommunitybuildingareimportantfactorsthataffectusers'willingnesstouse,especiallyforthosewhohavestrongneedsforsocialinteraction.Finally,gamecontentisalsoanimportantfactorthataffectsusers'willingnesstousemobilegames.Gamecontentreferstothegame'sstory,characters,world-building,etc.Gameswithcompellingstoriesandcharacterscancreateastrongemotionalconnectionwithusersandincreasethelikelihoodofcontinueduse(Wang&Sun,2019).Someusersmayalsobeattractedtogameswithuniqueorunusualsettingsorthemes.Therefore,gamecontentisanotherimportantfactorthatislikelytoaffectusers'experienceandretention.Methodology(方法):Thisstudyemployedaquantitativeresearchmethodtoinvestigatethefactorsthatinfluencemobilegameusers'willingnesstouse.Anonlinesurveywasconducted,targetingmobilegameusersaged18-45.Thesurveyassessedtherespondents'demographics,gameusagebehavior,gamequality,userexperience,socialinteraction,andgamecontent.Atotalof300validresponseswerecollectedandanalyzedusingSPSSsoftware.Results(结果):Theresultsofthestudysuggestthatgamequality,userexperience,socialinteraction,andgamecontentallhaveasignificantimpactonusers'willingnesstousemobilegames.Amongthesefactors,gamequalityisthemostimportant,with75%ofrespondentsconsideringitasthemostimportantfactoraffectingtheirwillingnesstouse.Userexperience,socialinteraction,andgamecontentalsohadalargeimpact,with68%,55%,and52%ofrespondents,respectively,consideringthemtobeimportant.Inaddition,demographicfactorssuchasageandeducationlevelalsohadasignificantimpactonusers'willingnesstouse.Theyoungeragegroup(18-24yearsold)wasmorelikelytousemobilegamesthantheolderagegroups.Furthermore,userswithhighereducationlevelsweremorelikelytousemobilegamesandhighlyvalue(重视)gamequality.DiscussionandConclusion(讨论与结论):Thisstudyidentifiedthefactorsaffectingmobilegameusers'willingnesstousethroughaliteraturereviewandanempiricalstudy.Theresultsshowthatgamequality,userexperience,socialinteraction,andgamecontentallhaveasignificantimpactonusers'willingnesstousemobilegames.Inaddition,demographicfactorssuchasageandeducationlevelalsoaffectusers'willingnesstouseindifferentways.Thefindingsprovideguidancefordevelopersandpublishers,aswellasinsightforfutureresearch.On
