一、口试介绍

I.考试形式

PETS第二级口语测试考生用英语进行口头交际的能力，要求考生具备在大多数日常的工作

和社会生活情景中用英语与外国人交谈的能力，包括交流具体信息、交流思想和观点的能力。考

生应能恰当地运用已学过的单词、短语或句型积极地交流，并能用简单的补救措施解决交流中的

问题。

考试分为3节，考试时间约为10分钟。第一节是教师与考生对话，时间约为2分钟，主要考

杳考生初次见面时向别人提供个人信息（如姓名、出生地、职业、家庭等）的能力。第二节是由两

位考生互相对话交流，时间约为5分钟。教师不参与交谈，仅以信息卡的形式提供交谈话题。这

主要考查考生根据信息卡内容就具体事实互相问答的能力。信息卡上的信息涉及到日常生活、娱

乐和社会活动等。第三节是口试教师与考生之间的对话，口试教师将根据第二节的话题向两个考

生各提出2~3个问题，时间约为3分钟。此节主要考查考生提供详细信息及阐述个人观点的能力。

2.评分原则与方法

PETS第二级口试主要从以下3个方面评估考生口语能力：（1）语法和词汇。要求能够用基本

准确的句法和恰当的词语进行表达，从而有效地传递信息，允许有语法和词汇方面的小错。（2）

语音和语调。要求考生语音、语调基本正确，这主要包括单词发音的清晰度、连读、重音、节奏

以及语调运用的程度恰当。只要不对理解造成影响，允许考生在表达时带有母语口音。（3）互动

交际。这主要考查考生相互交流、共同完成交际任务的能力。要求考生应该能够参加简单的口头

交际活动，能恰当地进行应答和导入话题，从而使交流继续，或能进行交流补救而不至于使交流

活动中途停顿。

二、专项指导

PETS第二级的口试试题内容涉及广泛，包括个人情况、家庭、日常生活、饮食、业余活动、

教育、科普、假日、购物、健康、天气、地点、旅行、各种服务(如宾馆、邮局等)社会关系等

等。这就要求考生具有较强的英语运用能力和扎实的基本功，而这些教要求考生平时进行大量的

口头训练，包括朗读、模仿地道的语音语调、熟记英语口语中常用的句型和句式、用英语与他人

交谈等。

1.A节：考试要点与备考指导

在A节中，主要是由教师与考生进行对话，考核考生对个人情况的介绍，来检查考生回答

有关日常生活、家庭、工作、学习等问题的能力。所以针对此节考试的侧重点，考生应注意以下

几点：

(1)考前可根据大纲的交际话题范围，设想可能出现的问题，然后根据这些问题归纳有关词

汇和表达法，熟读并牢记，最后可进行模拟问答练习，常见的关于个人情况的问题如：

2.B节：考试要点与备考指导

在B节考试中，主要是由两位考就所提供的话题互相对话交流，主要考核考生用英语进行

讨论和相互交流的能力，检验考生在表达自己的观点以及对对方观点的瓜程度，是否能主动展开

话题引导对方进行讨论。考生在表达自己观点或进行讨论时，需注意以下两点：

(1)交谈时，应注意说话内容的完整性和运用语法和词汇的准确性。运用语法和词汇的准确

性，这主要取决于个人英语的实际水平以及平时大量的口头训练。由于此部分主要是两位考生根

据卡片所提供的信息进行一问一答的交流活动，因此考生应熟悉特殊疑问句的表达法以及相应的

3.C节：考试要点与备考指导

在C节的考试中，主要是由口试教师结合B节的内容向考生各提出两三个问题，然后考生

就所提出的问题进行连续的表达，包括描述和思想观点的表达。这一节主要考查考生运用英语

进行口头表达的熟练程度和连续表达能力。在此节中，考生也应注意运用语法和词汇的准确性

和恰当性。由于此节话题内容如何展开主要控制在考生手里，所以考生如果对所谈话题和内容

有一定的了解，有一定相关的词汇量，就能较容易地展开对话，并提高运用语法和词汇的能力。

所以考生要注意避开陌生的内容和词汇，选择自己熟悉的内容和词汇展开话题。

考生在备考时，应设想出一些考官可能要问的问题，并设计出问题的答案，以便考试时应
