Car(FunctionPrototypeCar-2,aprototypecartosupportfurtherdesignandverificationofthevehicle/systemsolution,includingthevehiclelayout,electricalprinciple,electricdrivesystemmatching,electricauxiliarysystemandjointverificationofthevehiclecommunication)isfirstlycarriedoutfortrialproduction.Onthisbasis,engineeringdataandcomponentsdesignneedtobecompleted,andthencompanywillconducttrialproductiontocompletestructuralandfunctionalverificationandthenconductthefirstbatchofEPCar(EngineeringPrototypeCar-1,aprototypecarthatcombinestheprogressofcomponentsdesignforthefulloptimizationofthevehicledesignscheme,whichmeetstherequirementsofthevehicleandcomponentsdesignspecificationsandthetechnicalconditionsofthevehicleproduct,andcarriesoutcomponentscommissioning,etc.)trialproduction,andfinallycompleteengineeringdatareleaseandmoldopeninginstructionsrelease.DevelopmentofNewBatteryElectricVehiclesThisstageofworkistoclarifythatthedrawingstructureoftheproductisverified,thedrawingsandtechnicalagreementshavebeendeterminedandmeettherequirementsofthesupplierandtheprocessdepartmentforthedesignandmanufactureofthetooling,andthekeyattributesareinitiallyverifiedtomeetthetargetsortobelessrisky.Electricvehiclesareequippedwith"bigthreeelectric"includingtractionbattery,electricmotorandelectriccontrolsystem,and"smallthreeelectric"includingelectricbrake,electricsteering,electricairconditioningandotheruniquecomponentsandsystems.Thisrequiresthatinthedetaileddesignstage,inadditiontothetraditionalmaterials,functions,dimensionsandotheraspectsofverificationandconfirmation,butalsotheneedforhigh-voltage,low-voltagerelatedtothedesign,analysisandapprovaloftheelectricalperformance.Inaddition,accordingtotheInterimMeasuresfortheManagementofNewEnergyVehicleTractionBatteryRecycling,thepowerbatterysystemneedstoreserveaninterfaceforthegradualuseorrecyclingofthevehicleafteritsend-of-lifeduringthedesignstage.DevelopmentofNewBatteryElectricVehicles5.ProductvalidationstageThemainworkofthisstagecontentistocarryoutmoldmanufacturing,OTS(hardmoldedcomponents)production,regulatorycertification,andtoolingvalidation.Inthisstage,thesecondstageofEPCar(EngineeringPrototypeCar-2,prototypecarforfinedebuggingofcomponents,announcementregulationverification,etc.)trialproductionandPPVCar(ProductionProcessValidationCar,prototypecarforfinalassemblysequenceverification,productionlineprocessverification,etc.)smallbatchassemblyverificationwillbecarriedout,andproductpromotionandmarketingplanningwillbeinitiated.
