ThiscodeisdevelopedbySinopecEngineeringIncorporationincooperationwithotherinvolved

organizationsbasedontherequirementsofDocumentJIANBIAO〔2008〕No.105issuedbythe

MinistryofHousingandUrbanRuralDevelopmentNoticeontheDevelopmentandRevisionPlanof

NationalEngineeringConstructionStandards(2ndGroup)in2008".

Inpreparingthiscode,theworkingteamdevelopedthecodebasedonwideandextensive

investigationsandstudiesmade,practicessummarized,commentsrequestedaswellasreferencesto

internationalcodesandstandards.

Thiscodecomprises15chapters,andmainlyincludesGeneralprovisions,Terminologiesand

abbreviations,Safetylifecycle,Safetyintegritylevel,GeneralRequirementsforDesign,Sensors,Final

elements,Logicsolvers,Communicationinterfaces,Humanmachineinterfaces,Applicationsoftware,
