PriceandPaymentTerms:Thissectionoutlinestheagreed-uponpriceandthetermsandconditionsforpayment.Itshouldspecifythecurrency,paymentmethod,duedates,andanypenaltiesordiscounts.
DeliveryTerms:Thissectionspecifiesthetermsandconditionsforthedeliveryofthegoodsorservices.Itshouldincludethedeliverydate,shippingmethod,transportationcosts,andanyinsurancerequirements.
