ThisTeacherInternshipAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoasContract)ismadebyandbetweenSinoInternationalEnglishSchool(hereinafterreferredtoasPartyA)at172HuangshiStreet,HuangshiLibrary,ThirdFloor,HuangshiHarbourDistrict,HuangshiCity,HubeiProvince,China(address)and Mr.FarhanSalimPatel PassportNo.:506902900(HereinafterreferredtoasPartyB)乙方同意根据甲方的工作需要担任非母语英语课程实习老师（职务）。

Afterconsultationconductedinaccordancewiththeprinciplesofequalityandvoluntariness,thepartieshaveenteredintothisemploymentcontract:1JobTitleandPartyBagreestotakethepositionasESLInternTeacheraccordingtoPartyA’sneeds.PartyBshallabidebypartyA’srules,regulationsanddisciplines,followPartyA’sinstruction,managementandworkassignment,andfulfillresponsibilitiesrequiredbythepost.Withinthecontractterm,PartyAisentitledtotransferPartyB’sjoblocation&positionaccordingtoPartyA’sneedandPartyB’scompetenceandperformancewhenbothpartieshavecometoanagreement.PartyBisentitledtopresenthis/herdifferentopiniononthetransferofjobpositionthatPartyAshalltakeintoaccountseriously.合同有效期合同于2014年6月23日起生效，至2014年月10甲方自愿雇佣乙方，因乙方具有良好的健康状非母语英语课程实习老师方达成一致于此合同条款，并自愿履行合同各自义务。9点，周六和周日9早上至晚9点，两班制运乙方每周5个工作日加2个休息日，休息日将不管9am午餐时间：12pm-1pm晚餐时间：4:30pm-乙方每周授课学时数为25个小时，一般情况间15小时，每周合计40

TermsofThetermofcontractstartsfrom:PartyAwishestoemployPartyBwhoiseligibletobeanESLInternteacheringoodhealthandwithanappropriateacademicbackgroundandPartyBiswillingtobeemployedbyPartyA.Therefore:ThetwopartiesagreetoenterintothiscontractandpledgetofulfillconscientiouslyallthestipulatedobligationsWorkDaysandPartyA'sbusinesshoursarefrom9amto9pmonworkingdaysand9amto9pmonweekends.Therearetwoshiftsperonweekenddays.PartyBiswillingtoaccepttheworkingday&day-offscheduleintermsofcompany’sbusinessneedsuponagreementbybothparties.PartyBhas5workingdaysand2off-daysperweekintermsofcurriculumschedule.Thenormalweekenddays(Saturday&Sunday)arenotpromisedtobeday-off.IfPartyBwishestotakenormalweekendofforhaveconsecutive2off-days,apriorapprovalisrequiredfromhis/herimmediatesupervisor.PartyB'sworkscheduleisasWorkLunch:12noonto1pmEveningshift:1pmto9pmDinner:4:30pmtoPartyBisrequiredtoexecute25teachinghoursplus15officehoursperweek.Innormalcircumstances,theteachinghoursarenotrecommendedtobemorethan4consecutivehoursincurriculumschedule.Theweeklyworkingtimeistotalizedinto40PartyBisresponsibleforcheckingtheissuedcurriculumscheduleregularlyandconfirmingtheupdatedchangesinadvancetomakesuretheteachingclassstartsontime.工作职责：

JobTeachEnglishknowledgetononNativeEnglishspeakingstudents.TeachtheassignedSinoInternationalcurriculum.TeachaccordingtotheESA(Engage,Study,Activate)process.Teachagegroupsrangingfrom3toadultsbasedondifferentcurriculumdesignedfordifferentagegroups.Takepartinmarketingactivitiesashost,teacherorcoordinator.Occasionallytakepartinmarketingactivitiesascoordinatorandsupportpersonals.Hostcertainpromotionactivitieswhileassistingintheplanningoftheactivities.Teachmarketingleadopenclassesaswellasinteractwithparentswhenrequired.TeachtheassignedSinoInternationalcurriculumatpartnerschools.Assistpartnerschoolsondifferenttypeoftasks.Communicationbetweendifferentdepartmentsregardingworkrelatedmatters.Workcloselywithmarketingandsalesdepartmentinprovidingclasssupportandsuggestion.Takepartinsalesdepartmentmeetingsandmarketingdepartmentmeetingsinprovidinginformationfromacademicsdepartmentpointofview.Dailycommunicationwithsalesdepartmentondemoclassresultsandfeedbacksonimprovingclasssatisfaction.乙方在实习间内月度工资为RMB7000税后包含：基本工资RMB6000税后住房补贴RMB1000普通班：70人民币/

Remunerationandtaxliability:PartyAshallpayPartyBsalaryonamonthlybasis.Paymentofmonthlysalaryshallbepaidonthe10thdayofthenextmonth. paydayfallsonpublicholiday,thesalarywillbepaidonthefirstworkingdayaftertheholiday.PartyAshallserveasthewithholdingagentoftheindividualincometaxofPartyBinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulationsontaxation.MonthlySalaryandallowanceaftertaxPartyB’smonthlysalaryduringtheinternperiodisRMB7000aftertax.Itcomprises:BasesalaryRMB6000Housingallowance:RMB1000OvertimeOvertimedutymustbeapprovedinadvancebyPartyB'simmediatesupervisor.ThedetailsofovertimecompensationareasTeachingaregularclass:RMB70所有在校学生对管理人员及员工的高期待对于学校经营宗旨的贯彻至关重要。以下所列为需要所有学校员工共同遵守的标准：乙方在工作中应遵守其部门公认的工作程序
