体NATURALMOUNTAIN至百花湖ToBaihuaLake教城VocationalationCity地块西侧学校用地,东侧居住用地北侧为自然山体,南侧公园用地.老中铁云湾占地面积约103公顷(不包含教育划拨用地),项目地占地面积21.61公顷,其中景观面积19.5公顷。场地东侧为居住用地和商业用地,西侧为学校用地,南侧连接公园用地,北侧紧邻龙凤大道(城市主干道)和自然山体,此外,清镇市规划的地铁G1线穿过场地;需要重点考虑场地与周边用地之间的联系、场地门户形象打造,以及场地内部交通流线。马河SChinaRailwayCloudBaycoversanareaofabout103hectares(notincludingthelandallocatedforeducation).Theprojectareacoversanareaof21.61hectares,ofwhichthelandscapeareais19.5hectares.Theeastsideofthesiteisresidentiallandandcommercialland,thewestsideisschoolland,thesouthsideisconnectedtoparkland,andthenorthsideisadjacenttoLongfengAvenue(themainurbanroad)andnaturalmountains.Inaddition,thesubwayG1lineplannedbyQingzhenCitypassesthroughthesite;Itisnecessarytofocusontheconnectionbetweenthesiteandsurroundingland,thebuildingofthesite'sportalimage,andtheinternaltrafficflowofthesite.至清镇市区ToQingzhenCity自然山体贵阳龙洞堡国际机场住宅区RESIDENTIAL老马河LaomaRiver
