alinterestsandethics,whatkindofchoiceswilltheychoose?HowdotheindividualistsbalancethecollisionfromtheethicsandindividualinterestswhentheyarefacedwiththefactthattheUSAwagedtheforeignwarsanditcausedcasualties?Hegeldiscussedtheissueabout“virtue”and“worldprocess”inthebookPhenomenologyofMind.“‘Virtue’”meanstheideologyofsacrificingone’sownnatureandgivingup alpurposeandinterests.Anditsoppositionis objectivesandinterests,namely‘worldprocess’.‘Virtue’regardsthe‘worldprocess’asakindofthingwhichisopposedtothe‘kindness’andshouldfightitwithafirmhand.”IntheeyesofHegel, alityoralpurposeisinfactnotopposedtotheethicsbut,onthecontrary,itcontributestotheprocessofpublicinterests.TheAmericantransformedtheir alinterestsintonationalinterests.Inthispointofview,italsotacklesthebetweentheirethicsandtheworldprocess.Thetotalofeveryone’sinterests(worldprocess)isthestateinterests,i.e.thevirtue.TheAmericansputthestateinterestsinthefirstce,regardlessofothercountries’interests.ThisisalsothereflectionofAmericans’individualism,whichsetthestageforwareuphemism.After9.11affair,Americanernment’smilitaryinterventiontowardsAfghanistanandIraqpaidthepriceofhugecasualtiesandeconomiclose.ThisisalsobecauselittleBushadministration associatedthemilitaryinterventionwithAmerican’smostimportantinterests--securityinterestsandpersuadedthepublictobewillingtoundertakethehighcost.Whattheauthorwantstopointoutisthat,wareuphemismisnotalwaysappearedinnewsreport,inordertoshowthemilitaryedge;sometimesthereportisverystraightforward.Theuseofeuphemismnotonlymodifytheinfluenceofwarexternally,butalsosatisfytheAmericanpopulace’sbalancebetweenethicsand alinterests,whichmaketheAmericanernmentcangainthepublicsupportsinamorehigh-soundingway.ThebasisofAmerican’sevaluationtoitsownstatusandvalueisthe“voters”thoughtandthesenseof“mission”whichwasformedundertheinfluenceofantisminAmericansocialculture.Theyusedthe“voters”in[theBible.TheOldTestament]todesignatethosediscipleswhoacceptedthenewbeliefs,andregardedAmericaasa“voters”statecomposedofthesedisciples.Undertheimpactoftheanttheories,Americaattachedgreatimportancetotheestablishmentofaliberalanddemocraticconstitutionalstateinthemodelofantculture.Lateron,withtheAmericanself-defenseconsciousnessdevelointoanewconcept,thatis,thesenseof“mission”ofundertakingthetaskofsavingtheworldendowedbyGod,thesenseofsavingothernationsandforcingothers’dombecamegraduallythepacingfactorinforeignmakingsincetheearly20thcentury.Theexclusiveconsciousnessembodiedin[theBible.TheOldTestament]andMonotheismconceptofJudaismalsoformedthetraditionalcoreofLiberalismjihadinInMarch6,1991,Bush,intheUnitedStates’congressspeech,describedthe“desertstorm”actionastheresponsetorepresentationofthemercyandkindnessinhumans’conscience.Hesaid,“OurAmericansarenotonlyanationcapableofcaringforothers,butalsoamercifulnation,agenerousnation.Thethingswedidacrossthehalfworldareallethical,justandright.WeremovedthefettersandtyrannyofacountrymanyAmericanshardlyeverheard,butweneveraskforanything.”[17]Americanernmentisonarampage,claimingthemantleofjustice.Insteadofappearingaggressioncolorinnewsreport,ittakessuchwordslike“pre-emptiveaction”(先发制人的行动),“pre-emptivedefense”(先发制人的防御),anticipatoryself-defense”(提早的自卫),“restoreinternationalPeaceandSecurity”(国际和与安全)tocover.SomeoperativepronounsofAmericaalsocontaintheelementeuphemism:in1983,theUSAinvadedLinofsodiumwiththeoperativepronoun–“arescuemission”(援救任务)andwagedLibyaairstrikeswith“surgicalattack”(外科手术式的打击),“OperationEnduringdom持久自由行动).“OperationRestoreHope重拾希望行动)referstothehumanitarianandpeacekeeoperationinSomali.After9.11affair,operationsinAfghanistanwereacallofAmericananti-terroristglobally,called“OperationIraqidom”(自由行Ontheotherhand,“sociallinguisticsregardslanguageasasocialbehavior,anditreflectsthesocialstatusandrelationshipsofthetwopartiesincommunication,especiallythe“powerandinfluence”and“equality”ofbothsides.Aseveryoneknows,westernsocietiespursuetheparallelorequal
