ForLIP(Lithium-IonPolymer)Rechargeable of'HandlingPrecautionsandGuidelineLIPRechargeableBatteries'shallbeappliedtothebatterycellsmanufacturedbyTCLHyperpowerBatteriesInc.Note(1):ThecustomerisrequestedtocontactTCLHyperpowerBatteriesInc.inadvance,ifandwhenthecustomerneedsotherapplicationsoroperatingconditionsthanthosedescribedinthis.Additionalexperimentationmayberequiredtoverifyperformanceandsafetyundersuchconditions.应事先联系惠州TCL电池,因为需要进行特定的实验测试以核实电芯在该使用条件下的性能及Note(2):TCLHyper-powerBatteriesInc.willtakenoresponsibilityforanyaccidentwhenthecellisusedunderotherconditionsthanthosedescribedinthis.对于在超出本规格书规定以外的条件下使用电芯而造成的任何意外事故,惠州TCL电池Note(3):TCLHyper-powerBatteriesInc.willinform,inawrittenform,thecustomerofimprovement(s)regardingproperuseandhandlingofthecell,ifitisdeemednecessary. ChargingcurrentshouldbelessthanumchargecurrentspecifiedintheProductSpecification.Chargingwithhighercurrentthan mendedvaluemaycausedamagetocellelectrical,mechanical,andsafetyperformanceandcouldleadtoheatgenerationorleakage. ChargingshallbedonebyvoltagelessthanthatspecifiedintheProductSpecification(4.35/cell).Chargingbeyond4.38V,whichistheabsolute umvoltage,mustbestrictlyprohibited.Thechargershallbedesignedtocomplywiththiscondition.Itisverydangerousthatchargingwithhighervoltagethanumvoltagemaycausedamagetothecellelectrical,mechanicalsafetyperformanceandcouldleadtoheatgenerationorleakage. ThecellshallbechargedwithinrangespecifiedintheProductProhibitionofreverse Reversechargingisprohibited.Thecellshallbeconnectedcorrectly.Thepolarityhastobeconfirmedbeforewiring.Incaseofthecellisconnectedimproperly,thecellcannotbecharged.Simultaneously,thereversechargingmaycausedamagingtothecellwhichmayleadtodegradationofcellperformanceanddamagethecellsafety,andcouldcauseheatgenerationorleakage.Discharging ThecellshallbedischargedatlessthantheumdischargecurrentspecifiedintheProductSpecification.Highdischargingcurrentmayreducethedischargingcapacitysignificantlyorcause ThecellshallbedischargedwithinrangespecifiedintheProduct Itshouldbenotedthatthecellwouldbeatanover-dischargedstatebyitsself-dischargecharacteristicsincasethecellisnotusedforlongtime.Inordertopreventover-discharging,thecellshallbechargedperiodicallytomaintainbetween3.7Vand3.9V.电的发生,电池应定期充电,将其电压维持在3.7V至3.9V之间。Over-dischargingmaycauseslossofcellperformance,characteristics,orbatteryThechargershallbeequippedwithadevicetopreventfurtherdischargingexceedingacut-offvoltagespecifiedintheProductSpecification.Alsothechargershallbeequippedwithadevicetocontroltherechargingproceduresasfollows:Thecellbatterypackshallstartwithalowcurrent(0.01C)for15-30minutes,i.e.pre-charging,beforerapidchargingstarts.Therapidchargingshallbestartedafterthe(individual)cellvoltagehasbeenreachedabove3.0Vwithin15-30minutesthatcanbedeterminedwiththeuseofanappropriatetimerforpre-charging.Incasethe(individual)cellvoltagedoesnotriseto3.0Vwithinthepre-chargingtime,thenthechargershallhavefunctionstostopfurthercharginganddisythecell/packisatabnormalstate.0到3.0V以上,充电器应能够停止下一步快速充电,并显示该电芯/电池正处于状态。 Thecell/batterypackshallbewithaPCMthatcanprotectcell/batterypackproperly.PCMshallhavefunctionsof(1)overchargingprevention,(2)over-dischargingprevention,(3)overcurrentpreventiontomaintainsafetyandPreventsignificantdeteriorationofcellperformance.Theovercurrentcanoccurbyexternalshortcircuit Overchargingprohibitionfunctionshallstopchargingifanyoneofthecellsofthebatterypackreaches4.425±0.02V Over-dischargingpreventionfunctionshallworktoavoidfurtherdropincellvoltageof2.5±0.035VOrlesspercellinanycellofthebatterypack.Itis mendedthatthedissipationcurrentofPCMShallbeminimizedto3uAorlesswiththeover-dischargingprevention..Theprotectionfunctionshallmonitoreachbankofthebatterypackandcontrolthecurrentallthe推荐PCM的静态电流小于3uA,并具有过放保护功能。该保护功能应实时所有电池.
