Introduction
PHCreinforcedconcretepipepile(hereafterreferredtoasPHCpile)isakindofprecastconcretepile,whichiswidelyusedinvarioustypesofcivilengineering,suchashigh-risebuildings,bridgeandtunnelengineering,andportandwaterconservancyengineering.PHCpilehasmanyadvantages,suchashighbearingcapacity,gooddurability,strongcorrosionresistance,andeasytoconstruct.Amongthem,theconstructiontechnologyofPHCpilebyusingstaticpressuremethodiswidelyused,whichcanensurethequalityofpileheadandimprovetheefficiencyofconstruction.However,therearestillsometechnicalproblemsintheconstructionprocess,suchastheproblemofpiledriving.InordertoimprovetheeffectofPHCpileconstruction,thispaperwillexploretheproblemofpiledrivinginPHCpilestaticpressureconstruction,putforwardsomeconstructionsuggestions,andimprovetheefficiencyandqualityofconstruction.
1.ThematerialcharacteristicsandmanufacturingprocessofPHCpile
PHCpileisastructuralmembermadeofhigh-strengthconcrete,whichiscomposedofcement,sand,gravel,flyash,andothermaterials.PHCpilehashighcompressivestrength,gooddurability,andstrongcorrosionresistance.Itiswidelyusedinvarioustypesofcivilengineering,suchashigh-risebuildings,bridgeandtunnelengineering,portandwaterconservancyengineering.
