1.________hergrandmabefore,hedidn’tknowshewashisgrandmaevenifhismotherhadtoldhim.(

)A.Notbeingseen

B.NothavingseenC.Havingnotseen D.Notseeing参考答案:B试题解析:否定词not要放在非谓语动词的前面,排除C选项,本句的主语是he,与see之间是主动关系,排除A,由于see与didn’tknow两个动作有先后,故选B。2.I,_______yourgoodfriend,willtrymybesttohelpyouout.()A.who,is B.which,is C.that,is D.who,am参考答案:D. 分析结构可知,主句为"Iwilltrymybesttohelpyouout","_______yourgoodfriend"为非限制性定语从句,先行词为"I",指代人,所以关系代词可以用"who/that";因此排除B项;再根据主谓一致原则,"I与be动词‘am'连用",因此排除A项和C项;因此D项符合语境,故选D.3.Thespeechwhichhemade________thefootballmatchboredalotoffanstodeath.A.beingconcerned

---Itwasinthesupermarket_________sheworked_________Icameacrossher.

A.where;when B.that;when C.that;that D.where;that参考答案:D试题分析:考查定语从句和强调句。thesupermarket是先行词,work不及物,因此定语从句不缺少成分,用where指地点,itis/was...that是强调句,这三个词去掉后不影响句意,这里强调了碰见简的地点,强调句中包含一个定语从句,故选D。【学法指导】一.强调句的使用::

1、用Itis/was...that/who...

e.g.ItwasyesterdaythathemetLiPing.

e.g.WasityesterdaythathemetLiPing?

(3)特殊疑问句的强调句型:被强调部分(通常是疑问代词或疑问副词)+is/was+it+that/who+其它部分?e.g.Whenandwherewasitthatyouwereborn?

2、用助动词do,does或did来强调谓语动词。

如:Docomeearly.Hedidsendyoualetterlastweek.

WhatJohnwantsisaball.---WhatMarydoeseverydayis(to)givepianolessons.

二.not...until...

1、句型为:Itis/wasnotuntil+被强调部分+that+其它部分:

e.g.普通句:Hedidn'tgotobeduntil/tillhiswifecameback.

Itwasnotuntilhiswifecamebackthathewenttobed.

2、注意:此句型只用until,不用till。但如果不是强调句型,till,until可通用;

因为句型中Itis/wasnot...

1、Itis/was...that...

e.g.Dositdown.

11._______devotedhislifetotheloveofLucie.A.Mr.Lorry
