IEC62619于2017年2月13日发布,是储能电池的安全标准,属于自愿性认证。IEC62619---《Secondarycellsandbatteriescontainingalkalineorothernon-acidelectrolytes–Safetyrequirementsforsecondarylithiumcellsandbatteries,foruseinindustrialapplications》目前已认证厂家包括但不限于:厂家:大连中比(大连比克)产品:电芯26650厂家:中兴派能产品:储能系统适用范围/产品1、大容量工业用电池系统中的电芯、电池2、固定式:UPS、紧急电源装置、电力储备及相同用途的装置3、移动式:高尔夫球车、叉车、无人搬运车、铁路及海洋运输认证模式:型式测试---审厂---发证测试IEC62619侧重于储能电池和电池系统的安全要求,不仅对电芯和电池模块进行外部短路、撞击、跌落、热滥用、过充、强制放电等安全测试,而且对电池管理系统(BMS)进行过充电压保护、过充电流保护、过热保护、耐热失控蔓延等功能进行评估。8.2Reasonablyforeseeablemisuse试验项目章节号标准要求Externalshortcircuittest(cellorcellblock)8.2.1Fullychargedcellsarestoredinanambienttemperatureof25°C±5°C.Eachcellisthenshortcircuitedbyconnectingthepositiveandnegativeterminalswithatotalexternalresistanceof30+/-10mΩ.Thecellsaretoremainontestfor6horuntilthecasetemperaturedeclinesby20%ofthemaximumtemperaturerise,whicheveristhesoonerImpacttest(cellorcellblock)8.2.2Thetestsampleistobeplacedonaflatsurface.A15,8mmdiameterbaristobeplacedacrossthe

centreofthesample.A9,1kgmassistobedroppedfromaheightof61±2,5cmontothebar

centreofthetestsample.Aprismaticcellisalsotoberotated90degreesarounditslongitudinalaxissothatboththewideandnarrowsideswillbesubjectedtotheimpact.Eachsampleistobesubjectedtoonlyasingleimpactwithseparatesamplestobeusedforeachimpact.(seefigure2)Droptest(cellorcellblock,andbatterysystem)8.2.3Thedroptestisconductedonacellorcellblock,andbatterysystem*.Thetestmethodandtheheightofthedroparedeterminedbythetestunitweightasshowninthetable2.Wholedroptest(cellorcellblock,andbatterysystem)Eachfullychargedtestunitisdroppedthreetimesfromaheightshownintable2ontoaconcretefloor.Inthecaseofthemassoftestunitislessthan7kg,thetestunitsaredroppedsoastoobtainimpactsinrandomorientations.Inthecaseofthemassoftestunitis7kgormoreandlessthan20kg,thetestshallbeperformedwiththetestunitdroppedinthebottomdowndirection.Thebottomsurfaceofthetestunitisspecifiedbythemanufacturer.Afterthetest,thetestunitsshallbeputonrestforaminimumofonehourandthen434avisualinspectionshallbeperformed.Overchargecontrolofvoltage(batterysystem)9.2.2Thetestshallbecarriedoutinanambienttemperatureof25°C±5°Candundernormaloperatingconditionswiththecoolingsystem(ifany)operating(maincontactorsareclosedwiththebatterysystemcontrolledbytheBMU).Eachtestbatterysystemshallbedischargedataconstantcurrentof0,2
