Abstract:

Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheeffectoftestosteronelevelsonthepregnancyoutcomeoffemaleinfertilitypatients.Throughretrospectivecaseanalysis,prospectivemulticenterrandomizedqueuestudyandMeta-analysis,therelationshipbetweentestosteronelevelsandfemaleinfertilitywasexplored.Weobtaineddatafrom7936femaleinfertilitypatientsfrom11datasourcesformultidimensionalanalysisandcomparison.

Retrospectivecaseanalysisshowedthattherewasacertaincorrelationbetweentheevaluationindexoftestosteronelevelandpregnancyoutcomeininfertilitypatients.Prospectivemulticenterrandomizedqueuestudyfoundthatcomprehensiveinterventionmeasurescouldeffectivelyincreasetestosteronelevelsandpregnancyoutcomeoffemaleinfertilitypatients.Meta-analysisshowedthattestosteronelevelsbelownormalrangewouldhaveanegativeimpactonthefertilityofwomen.
