In

support

this,but

one

possible

explanation

is

that

teacherswereworriedthatsomestudentsandparentsmightmistakeEfor

do

we

have

letter

Well,part

of

the

reason

is

that

they

made

gradingsimpler

during

a

time

of

great

change

for

schools.

As

the

20th

century

began,growingcities

and

an

increase

in

led

to

larger

classrooms.

Most

teachersat

that

time

and

more

people

argue

that

letter

don’t

fully

teachers

try

to

grading

methods,many

parentscontinue

to

favor
