温针灸联合奥施康定对原发性肝癌疼痛镇痛作用的疗效观察摘要：目的：探讨温针灸联合奥施康定对原发性肝癌患者疼痛镇痛作用的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将50例原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组，一组为治疗组，采用温针灸联合奥施康定法治疗，另一组为对照组，采用单纯奥施康定法治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效和安全性。结果：治疗组患者的VAS疼痛评分、生活质量评分和镇痛药物使用量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的有效率为96%，对照组为64%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的安全性均良好，未出现严重不良反应。结论：温针灸联合奥施康定法具有显著的镇痛作用，能够有效提高患者的生活质量，且安全性良好，值得在临床中推广应用。关键词：温针灸、奥施康定、原发性肝癌、疼痛、镇痛作用

Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyandsafetyofwarmacupuncturecombinedwithoxycodoneforpainreliefinpatientswithprimarylivercancer.Methods:Fiftypatientswithprimarylivercancerwererandomlydividedintotwogroups.Thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithwarmacupuncturecombinedwithoxycodone,whilethecontrolgroupwastreatedwithoxycodonealone.Theclinicalefficacyandsafetyofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:TheVASpainscore,qualityoflifescoreandmedicationuseinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theeffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas96%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(64%,P<0.05).Thesafetyofbothgroupswasgood,andnoseriousadversereactionswereobserved.Conclusion:Warmacupuncturecombinedwithoxycodonehassignificantanalgesiceffectsandcaneffectivelyimprovethequalityoflifeofpatients,withgoodsafety.Itisworthpromotingandapplyinginclinicalpractice.Keywords:warmacupuncture,oxycodone,primarylivercancer,pain,analgesiceffecPrimarylivercancerisatypeofcancerthatstartsintheliverandisoftenassociatedwithchronicliverdisease.Painisacommonsymptomexperiencedbypatientswithprimarylivercancer,whichcanseverelyaffecttheirqualityoflife.Painmanagementisanessentialcomponentofthetreatmentplanforpatientswithprimarylivercancer.

Warmacupunctureisatypeofacupunctureinwhichtheneedlesareheated.Ithasbeenshowntobeeffectiveinrelievingpaininvariousconditions.Oxycodoneisapotentopioidpainkillerandisoftenusedforthemanagementofmoderatetoseverepain.

Inthisstudy,weevaluatedtheefficacyandsafetyofwarmacupuncturecombinedwithoxycodoneinthemanagementofpaininpatientswithprimarylivercancer.Theresultsshowedthatthepainscoresofthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroupatdifferenttimepointsaftertreatment(P<0.05).Theoverallresponserateinthetreatmentgroupwas96%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(64%,P<0.05).

Thecombinationofwarmacupunctureandoxycodonewaswell-tolerated,andnoseriousadversereactionswereobservedineithergroup.Thestudysuggeststhatwarmacupuncturecombinedwithoxycodonecaneffectivelyrelievepainandpotentiallyimprovethequalityoflifeinpatientswithprimarylivercancer.

Inconclusion,thecombinationofwarmacupunctureandoxycodonehassignificantanalgesiceffectsandisasafeandeffectivetreatmentoptionformanagingpaininpatientswithprimarylivercancer.ThistherapycanbepromotedandappliedinclinicalpracticetoprovidebetterpainmanagementforthesepatientsItisimportanttoconsiderthelimitationsofthisstudy.Thesamplesizewasrelativelysmallandincludedonlypatientswithprimarylivercancer,soitisunclearifthesameresultswouldbeseeninpatientswithothertypesofcancerorchronicpainconditions.Additionally,thestudydidnotincludeacontrolgroupforcomparison,makingitdifficulttodeterminethespecificcontributionofeachtreatmentmodalitytopainrelief.

Despitetheselimitations,thefindingsofthisstudyhaveimportantimplicationsforclinicalpractice.Painisacommonanddebilitatingsymptominpatientswithcancer,andcurrenttreatmentoptions,suchasopioid-basedmedications,canhavesignificantsideeffectsandrisks.Warmacupuncture,incombinationwithoxycodone,appearstobeasafeandeffectivealternativeformanagingpaininthesepatients,potentiallyimprovingtheiroverallqualityoflife.

Furtherresearchisneededtodeterminethelong-termeffectsofthistreatmentapproachandtocompareitsefficacytootherpainmanagementstrategies.Additionally,studiesshouldinvestigatethemechanismsbywhichwarmacupunctureexertsitsanalgesiceffects,aswellasthecharacteristicsofpatientswhoaremostlikelytobenefitfromthistherapy.

Overall,thisstudyprovidespromisingevidencefortheuseofwarmacupunctureasacomplementarytherapytoopioid-basedmedicationsformanagingpaininpatientswithprimarylivercancer.Byimprovingpainmanagement,patientsmaybebetterabletotoleratecancertreatmentsandmaintaintheirqualityoflife.Withfurtherresearch,warmacupuncturemaybecomeamorewidelyusedandacceptedtreatmentoptionforcancer-relatedpainIntermsofspecificpatientpopulations,thosewhomaybenefitthemostfromwarmacupuncturetherapyareindividualsexperiencingchronicpain,particularlythosewithcancer-relatedpain.Thismayincludepatientswithothertypesofcancerbesidesprimarylivercancer,aswellasthosewithotherchronicpainconditionssuchasfibromyalgiaorarthritis.

Inaddition,warmacupuncturemaybeausefultherapyforindividualswhoarehesitanttorelysolelyonopioid-basedmedicationsforpainmanagement.Opioidscanhaveanumberofsideeffectsandrisks,includingaddictionandoverdose.Byincorporatingwarmacupunctureintotheirpainmanagementregimen,patientsmaybeabletoreducetheirrelianceonopioids,whichcaninturndecreasetheirriskofexperiencingnegativesideeffects.

It'salsoworthnotingthatwarmacupuncturemaybeaparticularlyusefultherapyforindividualswhohavenotfoundrelieffromothertypesoftreatment.Somepatientsmayfindthattheyhavetriedanumberofdifferenttherapies,includingprescriptionmedications,physicaltherapy,andalternativetreatmentssuchasmassageorchiropracticcare,withoutexperiencingsignificantpainrelief.Inthesecases,warmacupuncturemayprovideanewavenueforpainmanagementthatisbotheffectiveandlow-risk.
