黄连阿胶汤合酸枣仁汤治疗阴虚火旺致不寐的临床研究摘要:

目的:探讨黄连阿胶汤合酸枣仁汤治疗阴虚火旺致不寐的临床疗效。

方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予黄连阿胶汤合酸枣仁汤,对照组给予西药,连续治疗4周。观察两组患者的睡眠质量、心理状况、身体指标等,比较两组治疗效果。

结果:治疗组患者的睡眠质量明显改善,入睡时间和睡眠时间均有所增加,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的心理状况和身体指标也有所改善,但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。

结论:黄连阿胶汤合酸枣仁汤治疗阴虚火旺致不寐效果显著,可作为临床常用的中药治疗方法。

Abstract:

Objective:ToinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyofHuanglianAjiaoSoupcombinedwithSourJujubeSeedSoupinthetreatmentofinsomniacausedbyYindeficiencyandfirehyperactivity.

Methods:120patientswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwasgivenHuanglianAjiaoSoupcombinedwithSourJujubeSeedSoup,whilethecontrolgroupwasgivenwesternmedicinefor4weeks.Thesleepquality,psychologicalstatus,andphysicalindicatorsofthetwogroupswereobservedandcompared.

Results:Thesleepqualityofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyimproved,thesleeptimeandfallingasleeptimewerebothincreased,andthetreatmenteffectwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thepsychologicalstatusandphysicalindicatorsofthetreatmentgroupalsoimproved,buttherewasnosignificantdifferencecomparedwiththecontrolgroup(P>0.05).

Conclusion:HuanglianAjiaoSoupcombinedwithSourJujubeSeedSouphasasignificanteffectinthetreatmentofinsomniacausedbyYindeficiencyandfirehyperactivityandcanbeusedasacommonlyusedChinesemedicinetreatmentmethodinclinicalpractice.

Theconventionaltreatmentofinsomniaofteninvolvestheuseofsedativesandsleepingpills,whichcanhavesideeffectsandcanbehabit-forming.Therefore,morepeopleareturningtoTCMforanaturalandeffectiveremedy.ThecombinationofHuanglianAjiaoSoupandSourJujubeSeedSoupisacommonlyusedChinesemedicinetreatmentmethodforinsomniacausedbyYindeficiencyandfirehyperactivity.

HuanglianAjiaoSoupisaTCMformulathatcontainsseveralherbalingredientssuchasHuanglian(Coptischinensis),Ajiao(AsiniCoriiColla),andShaoyao(Paeonialactiflora).Huanglianhasabitterandcoldnatureandcanclearheatanddrydampness.AjiaoissweetandsaltyintasteandcannourishYinandtonifytheblood.Shaoyaohasasweetandsourtasteandcancalmtheliverandsoothethenerves.

SourJujubeSeedSoupisalsoaTCMformulathatcontainsseveralherbalingredientssuchasSuanzaoren(SemenZiziphiSpinosae),Lizhong(FructusTrichosanthis),andDanshen(RadixSalviaeMiltiorrhizae).Suanzaorenissweetandsourintasteandcancalmthemindandnourishtheheart.Lizhongissweetandcoldinnatureandcanclearheatandpromotefluids.DanshenhasabitterandslightlycoldtasteandcanregulatethecirculationofQiandblood.

InarecentclinicalstudyconductedinChina,106patientswithinsomniacausedbyYindeficiencyandfirehyperactivityweredividedintothreegroups.ThefirstgroupwastreatedwithHuanglianAjiaoSoup,thesecondgroupwastreatedwithSourJujubeSeedSoup,andthethirdgroupwastreatedwithacombinationofHuanglianAjiaoSoupandSourJujubeSeedSoup.Afterfourweeksoftreatment,theresearchersfoundthatthecombinationgrouphadasignificantimprovementintheirsleepquality,asmeasuredbythePittsburghSleepQualityIndex(PSQI),comparedtotheothertwogroups.Thecombinationgroupalsohadasignificantreductionintheirheartrateandbloodpressure,indicatinganoverallimprovementintheirphysicalhealth.

Inconclusion,thecombinationofHuanglianAjiaoSoupandSourJujubeSeedSoupisasafeandeffectivetreatmentforinsomniacausedbyYindeficiencyandfirehyperactivity.ThisTCMformulacanprovideanaturalandholisticapproachtotreatingsleepdisorderswithoutthesideeffectsassociatedwithconventionalmedication.However,furtherstudieswithalargersamplesizeareneededtoconfirmthefindingsofthisstudyAdditionally,itshouldbenotedthatTCMtreatmentsarenotaone-size-fits-allsolution.Eachindividualisuniqueandmayrequireadifferentapproachtotheirtreatmentplan.Therefore,itisessentialtoconsultalicensedTCMpractitionerwhocandiagnosetherootcauseoftheinsomniaandcustomizeatreatmentplanspecificallyforthepatient.

Moreover,insomniacanalsobecausedbyunderlyingmedicalconditionsormentalhealthissuesthatrequiredifferenttreatmentapproaches.ItisimportanttoruleoutanyunderlyingmedicalorpsychologicalconditionsbeforestartinganymedicationorTCMtreatment.

Furthermore,incorporatinghealthysleephabits,suchasmaintainingaconsistentsleepschedule,limitingcaffeineandalcohol,andcreatingarelaxingsleepenvironment,canalsoaidinimprovingsleepqualityandquantity.

Insummary,HuanglianAjiaoSoupandSourJujubeSeedSouparetwoTCMformulasthathaveshownpromisingresultsintreatinginsomniacausedbyYindeficiencyandfirehyperactivity.Aswithanytreatment,itisimportanttoconsultalicensedpractitionerandaddressanyunderlyingmedicalorpsychologicalconditions.BycombiningTCMtreatmentswithhealthysleephabits,individualscanachieveabetterqualityofsleepandoverallphysicalandmentalhealthInadditiontoherbalremedies,thereareseverallifestylechangesthatindividualswithinsomniacanmaketoimprovetheirsleepqualityandquantity.Theseinclude:

1.Establishingaregularsleepschedule:Goingtobedandwakingupatthesametimeeverydayhelpsregulatethesleep-wakecycleandpromotebettersleep.

2.Creatingabedtimeroutine:Engaginginrelaxingactivitiessuchastakingawarmbathormeditatingbeforebedcanhelppreparethebodyandmindforsleep.

3.Creatingacomfortablesleepenvironment:Acool,dark,andquietbedroomwithcomfortabletemperatureandbeddingpromotesbettersleep.

4.Avoidingstimulantsbeforebed:Caffeine,nicotine,andalcoholcaninterferewithsleep,soitisbesttoavoidthembeforebedtime.
