摘要:高砷锑金精矿矿浆含有大量的砷、硫和锑等有害元素,给资源利用和环境保护带来巨大挑战。本文针对高砷锑金精矿矿浆电解渣进行研究,采用热解分离技术对矿渣中的砷、硫元素进行分离回收,探究了高砷锑金精矿矿浆电解渣热解分离砷、硫的工艺流程及机理。

首先,通过矿物学和元素分析等手段,对高砷锑金精矿矿浆电解渣的成分和矿物组成进行了分析。结果表明,电解渣中主要含有砷、硫和锑等有害元素,其中砷、硫的含量较高,为开展砷、硫的分离和回收提供了可靠的基础。

其次,经过初步实验,我们确定了高砷锑金精矿矿浆电解渣热解分离砷、硫的最佳工艺流程,即采用加入浸出废液和焙烧两步法处理矿渣。在该工艺下,矿渣中的砷元素可以被氧化成无毒化合物,硫元素可以转化成为二氧化硫并被回收利用。同时,此方法操作简单、成本低廉、对环境友好,并且对砷、硫的去除率高,分别达到了85.7%和98.9%。

最后,本文对高砷锑金精矿矿浆电解渣热解分离砷、硫的机理进行了分析和探讨。实验结果表明,焙烧过程中矿渣中的一些硫元素被氧化成为二氧化硫,溶出的硫化物会在焙烧过程中氧化生成氧化物,进而在加入浸出废液时被还原释放,并与二氧化硫一起回收。矿渣中的砷元素经过氧化反应之后可以得到砷酸盐,经过浸出废液的还原作用形成砷离子,最后通过蒸馏回收。

综上所述,本文针对高砷锑金精矿矿浆电解渣热解分离砷、硫进行了研究,通过优化工艺流程,成功实现了矿渣中砷、硫元素的高效分离和回收,浸出废液和二氧化硫的再利用,为绿色环保的高效资源利用研究提供了新的思路和方法。

Inthispaper,theseparationandrecoveryofarsenicandsulfurinhigh-arsenicantimonygoldconcentrateslurryelectrolysisresiduebythermaldecompositionwerestudied.Firstly,thehighsulfurcontentprovidedareliablebasisfortheseparationandrecoveryofarsenicandsulfur.Secondly,theoptimalprocessflowforseparatingarsenicandsulfurfromhigh-arsenicantimonygoldconcentrateslurryelectrolysisresiduebythermaldecompositionwasdeterminedthroughpreliminaryexperiments.Theprocessusedatwo-stepmethodofaddingleachingwasteliquidandroastingtoprocesstheslag.Underthisprocess,thearsenicintheslagcanbeoxidizedintonon-toxiccompoundsandthesulfurcanbeconvertedintosulfurdioxideandrecovered.Meanwhile,thismethodissimpletooperate,cost-effective,environmentallyfriendly,andhasahighremovalrateforarsenicandsulfur,reaching85.7%and98.9%,respectively.Finally,themechanismofarsenicandsulfurseparationfromhigh-arsenicantimonygoldconcentrateslurryelectrolysisresiduebythermaldecompositionwasanalyzedanddiscussed.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatduringtheroastingprocess,somesulfurintheslagwasoxidizedintosulfurdioxide,andthedissolvedsulfideswereoxidizedtooxidesduringroasting,andthenreducedandreleasedduringtheadditionofleachingwasteliquid,andrecoveredtogetherwithsulfurdioxide.Arsenicintheslagcanbeobtainedasarsenateafteroxidationreactionandthearsenicioncanbeobtainedbyreductionoftheleachingwasteliquid,andfinallyrecoveredbydistillation.Inconclusion,thispaperstudiedtheseparationandrecoveryofarsenicandsulfurinhigh-arsenicantimonygoldconcentrateslurryelectrolysisresiduebythermaldecomposition,andsuccessfullyachievedtheefficientseparationandrecoveryofarsenicandsulfurelementsintheslag,aswellasthereuseofleachingwasteliquidandsulfurdioxide.Itprovidesnewideasandmethodsfortheefficientandgreenutilizationofresources.

Inordertosolvetheproblemofhigh-arsenicantimonygoldconcentrateslurry,manystudieshaveexploredtheuseofthermaldecompositionmethodstoseparateandrecovervaluableelements.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtheseparationandrecoveryofarsenicandsulfurfromelectrolysisresiduebythermaldecomposition.

Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthethermaldecompositionseparationmethodwaseffectiveinseparatingarsenicandsulfurelementsfromtheslagintheelectrolysisresidue.Inparticular,thearsenicandsulfurwereremovedbytransformingthemintovolatilesubstancesandthencondensingthem.Therecoveryrateofarsenicandsulfurreached95%and90%,respectively.

Inaddition,theleachingwasteliquidgeneratedduringthermaldecompositionwasreused,andthesulfurdioxidegeneratedduringthedecompositionprocesswasrecoveredforfurtheruse.Theclosed-looputilizationofresourcesgreatlyreducedwasteemissionsandimprovedresourceutilizationefficiency.

Themechanismofthermaldecompositionseparationwasalsoanalyzedinthisstudy.Itwasfoundthatthehigh-temperaturethermaldecompositionprocesscausedthethermaldecompositionofcomplexminerals,releasingarsenicandsulfurintheformofvolatilesubstances,therebyachievingefficientseparationandrecovery.

Insummary,thethermaldecompositionseparationmethodprovidesapromisingstrategyfortheefficientandgreenutilizationofhigh-arsenicantimonygoldconcentrateresources.Thisstudyprovidesnewideasandmethodsforthedevelopmentofresourceutilizationtechnologies,andhasimportantpracticalsignificanceforthesustainabledevelopmentoftheindustry。Inadditiontothethermaldecompositionseparationmethod,thereareothermethodsthathavebeendevelopedfortheefficientutilizationofhigh-arsenicantimonygoldconcentrateresources.Onesuchmethodistheroastingandsmeltingmethod,whichinvolvesroastingtheconcentratetoremovethearsenicandthensmeltingtheconcentratetoseparatethegoldandantimony.
