摘要:
目的:评价抻拉旋扳手法配合针刀治疗腰方肌劳损的临床疗效及安全性。
方法:选取100例腰方肌劳损患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用传统针灸治疗,研究组采用抻拉旋扳手法配合针刀治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况。
结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96%,对照组为84%,研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05。两组患者均未发生严重的不良反应。
结论:抻拉旋扳手法配合针刀治疗腰方肌劳损具有较好的临床疗效及安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective:Toevaluatetheclinicalefficacyandsafetyoftractionandrotationwrenchmethodcombinedwithneedle-knifetherapyforthetreatmentoflumbarquadratuslumborumstrain.
Methods:Onehundredpatientswithlumbarquadratuslumborumstrainwererecruitedandrandomlyassignedintotwogroups,controlgroupwastreatedwithtraditionalacupuncture,andstudygroupwastreatedwithtractionandrotationwrenchmethodcombinedwithneedle-knifetherapy.Thetherapeuticeffectandadversereactionswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.
Results:Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentinthestudygroupwas96%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(84%,P<0.05).Noseriousadversereactionswereobservedineithergroup.
Conclusion:Tractionandrotationwrenchmethodcombinedwithneedle-knifetherapyhasgoodclinicalefficacyandsafetyforlumbarquadratuslumborumstrain,anddeservestobepromotedandappliedinclinicalpractice.

Theresultsofthisstudyshowedthatthecombinationtherapyoftractionandrotationwrenchmethodandneedle-knifetherapyhadsuperiorclinicalefficacycomparedtothecontrolgroup.ThiswasevidentinthesignificantreductioninVASscoresandtheimprovementinlumbarspinefunction.Thetreatmentgroupshowedahighertotaleffectiverate(96%)thanthecontrolgroup(84%).Additionally,noseriousadversereactionswereobservedineithergroup,indicatingthesafetyofthetherapy.
Thetractionandrotationwrenchmethodappliedinthisstudyinvolvesusingaspecialpulleysystemtoprovidetractionandrotationofthelumbarspine.Thistechniquehelpstorelievemuscletensionandimprovejointmobility.Theneedle-knifetherapyusedinconjunctionwiththetractionandrotationwrenchmethodinvolvestheinsertionofaneedle-knifeintotheaffectedsofttissuesandthenrotatingtheneedletoreleasethetensioninthemuscles.
