员数量及工种可根据施工过程中现场实际情况相应变化。Note:thismanpowerplanisdeterminedthroughprojectfeatureanalysis,workingperiod,schedulerequirementandothercomponents,tomeetmanpoweroptimizationgrouping,allprofessionaltechnicalpersonneltomeetexecutionrequirement,ouldbeadjustedaccordinglyregardingthesiteactualsituation4、主要施工机械及设备材料Majorconstructionmachinery,equipmentandmaterials搅拌站(HNJ75)xingplant罐车(9m3)Concretemixingtruck平板运输车Platformtruck洒水车watersprinklertruckr水准仪levelgauge插入式振动器inserttypevibrator钢筋切断机steelcutter平板打夯机flattamper柴油发电机dieselgenerator汽车泵pumpmountedtruck混凝土拖式泵concretetrailerpump241131342222221123456789Unitnononono套辆辆辆把台台台台台台台台台台台5、现场准备Sitepreparation针对本工程施工现场的特点、构筑物的位置,施工现场的布置要力争做到实用、科学、合理,以满足施工要求,因此在基础施工必须做好以下工作Accordingtothespecificfeaturesoftheconstructionsiteandthelocationofstructures,thelayoutoftheconstructionsiteshouldbepractical,scientificandreasonabletosatisfytheconstructionrequirements.Hence,thefollowingpreparationsshouldbecompletedbeforethefoundationconstruction.5.1、施工区域现场用安全护栏进行围蔽,方便人员、机械上下施工。Constructionareashouldbebarricadedwithsecurityfence;laddersshouldbeerectedatedgeoffoundationpit,torytogoupanddownforexecution5.2、施工用电:Constructionpowersupply保障用电安全,电线搭设与连接均由专业电工安装,其他人员不得擅自动用。夜间施工的照明已Inordertoassurethesafeusageofelectricalpower,theerectionandconductingofelectricalcablesshouldbecarriedoutbyprofessionalelectrician,otherpeopleshouldnottouch.Theilluminationfornightexecutioncanmeettheconstructionrequirement.5.3、现场临时用水:Sitetemporarywatersupply施工用水采用水车运至现场,在现场设置临时储水箱,以确保可靠、稳定供给。Theconstructionwaterwillbeshippedtositebywatertankercar,andatemporarywatertankwillbesetonthesitetondableandstablesupplyofwatertransportation(1)、水平运输:材料运输采用长平板车倒运材料,主要负责从生产临建到施工现场之间的材料的倒运;施工区域内的材料倒运,采用汽车吊、人工配合的方法。混凝土运输采用混凝土罐车运至现场,再用汽车泵(或拖式泵)以及溜槽输送到仓面。Forhorizontaltransportation,flatbedtruckof8tonswillbeusedtomainlytransferthematerialsbetweentheconstructionTSFandexecutionsite.Fortransferofmaterialswithinconstructionarea,mobilecraneswillbeused,cooperatedbymanpower.Fortheconcretetransportation,weshallapplytransitmixerstotransporttheconcretetothesite,andthendelivertheconcretetotheformworkbytruckpump(ortrailerpump)andchute.(2)、垂直运输:根据需要和现场情况,汽车吊可布置在基坑周边,进行基坑内的材料水平、垂直Fortheverticaltransportation,accordingtositeconditions,themobilecranecanbesetnearthefoundationpittocarryoutverticalandhorizontaltransportationofmaterialsinsidethepit.5.5、各施工机具已经维护保养完毕,具备使用条件。ent(1)、本工程重点加强安全文明施工管理的力度,使工程现场始终处于整洁、卫生、合理有序tmoreeffortonsafeandcivilizedconstructionmanagementtokeepthesitetidycleanandorderlyatalltimes.(2)、施工材料堆放应尽量设置在垂直运输机械覆盖的范围内,以减少二次搬运为原则。Constructionmaterialsshouldbestockpiledwithinthecoverageofverticaltransportationmachinerytoreducesecondaryhandling(3)、临时电源、电线敷设要避开运输通道,以及容易被坠落物打击的范围,电线尽量采用暗敷方Placingoftemporarypowersupplyandcablewiringshouldavoidthetransportationcorridorandtheareasthatareeasytobehitbyfallenobjects,trythebesttoapplyconcealedwayofconductingforcables.定位放线positioningandsettingout土方工程Earthwork基础施工Foundationwork脚手架搭设Scaffoldingwork上部框架结构施工Superstructure室外装饰装修施工Windowsanddoors室内装饰装修Architecturalwork地面、楼面、屋面施工砌体抹灰施工Masonryandplasterwork施工流向:为集中人力资源作业,加快施工进度,合理安排工作面,保证流水作业不间断,特编制此项施工部署。生活区中部设临时加工厂和材料堆场、施工顺序从西向东进行,先完成住宿区,在施。Constructionflow:toconcentratethehumanresource,expeditetheconstructionprogress,reasonablyarrangetheworkandkeeptheworkactivitycontinuously,theconstructiondeploymentisespeciallycomposed.Themiddleofthelivingareasetsupthetemporaryprocessingplantandmaterialstock.Theconstructionsequenceisfromthewesttotheeast,accomplishingthelivingareainthefirstplace,followedbytheauxiliarylivingfacilities.ementsonsettingout选定距离机力通风塔区域较近的二级测控网网点进行闭合复测,确保满足精度要求作为永久生活区轴线的基准点。Selectsecondarymeasurementcontrolnetworkpointswhichareclosetothemechanicaldrafttowersforclosedre-measurementtoensureitisaccurateenoughtoserveasthedatummarkoftheaxisoftheHOUSINGCOMPLEXAREA.rolpoints根据测量组交设的平面控制点需设永久性和临时性两种,永久性标桩的埋设应作到施工中能长期保存,不致于发生下沉和位移。Accordingtothehorizontalcontrolpointsdesignedbythesurveygroup,temporaryandpermanentpointsshallbeset.Permanentstakesshallbeembeddedinsuchmannerthattheycanbepreservedforalongtermduringtheconstructionwithoutsedimentationordisplacement.临时性标桩以钢筋、木桩或构筑物施工中原状为主,其规格和打入地下的深度依实地条件而定,用油Temporarystakesmainlyadoptsteelbar,woodenpileortheoriginalstatusduringconstructionofstructures.Theirurveying1、根据测量组指定的水准点在施工区域内布设三个临时水准点标桩,水准点标桩应埋置稳定牢固。标桩布置好后引出标高,临时水准点的测量结果闭合差必须符合规范规定的精度要。Accordingtothebenchmarkdesignatedbythesurveyinggroup,threetemporarybenchmarkstakesshallbedeployedintheconstructionareaandembeddedstablyandfirmly.Afterthestakesaredeployed,elevationshallbedrawn.Theclosureerrorofntresultsofthetemporarybenchmarkmustcomplywithspecifiedaccuracy2、平面控制点标桩及临时水准点标桩布设好后必须经测量组进行复核,认可后才能用于施工中做搭设Erectionofscaffold(3)、在搭设之前必须对所有脚手架钢管和配件进行严格检查,禁止使用规格和质量不合格的钢管Allscaffoldtubesandfittingsmustbestrictlyexaminedbeforeerection.Donotuseanysteeltubeorfittingswhichis(4)、应按定位依次竖立立杆,将立杆与纵、横向扫地杆连接固定,然后搭设第一步的纵向和横向平杆,校正立杆垂直之后予以固定,并按此要求继续向上搭设。Uprighttubesshallbeerectedinturnaccordingtothepositioning.Connecttheuprighttubeswiththelongitudinalandhorizontalbottomtubesandthenerectthelongitudinalandhorizontaltubesforthefirststep.FixtheuprighttubesaftertherearetedforverticalityThenkeeperectingupwardsbythesamemethod(5)、剪刀撑、斜杆等整体拉结件和连墙件应随脚手架一起及时设置。scaffold4.2、脚手架的使用:Scaffoldusage:(1)、在脚手架上的施工通道和工作平台上放置的材料应放整齐稳固,不影响施工操作和人员通过,严禁在施工通道的施工平台上奔跑、退行或倒退拉车、和集中堆放材料。Materialsontheconstructionpassagewayandworkplatformofthescaffoldshallbeplacedinanorderedandstablemannerwithoutinfluencingtheconstructionandthepersonnelpassingthrough.Itisprohibitedtorun,movebackwards,pullacart(2)、在作业中,严禁随意拆除脚手架的基本构架杆件、整体杆件、连接紧固件等,确因操作要求需要临时拆除时,必须经主管人员同意,采取相应弥补措施,并在作业完毕后及时予以恢复。Duringtheoperation,itisprohibitedtoremoveanyfundamentalstructuralrodpieces,integratedrodpieces,connectingandfasteningpieces.Incaseoftemporaryremovalrequiredforoperation,itmustbesubjecttothesupervisor’sapprovaland(3)、工人在架上作业中,应注意自我安全保护和他人安全,避免发生碰撞、闪失和落物。严禁在架上、跳板上嬉闹,坐在栏杆上等不安全的地方休息。Thescaffoldershallbeawareofhisownsafetyandotherpeople’ssafetytoavoidimpact,accidentandfallingobjectswhileheisworkingonthescaffold.Itisprohibitedtohavefunonthescaffoldandaccessboardorrestontherailsandotherunsafeplaces.(4)、每班工人上脚手架时,应先检查有无影响安全作业的问题存在,在排除和解决后方可开始作业,在作业中发现不安全的情况和迹象时,应立即停止作业进行检查,解决后可以恢复作业,发现异常情况应立即通知架上人员撤离。Beforegettinguptothescaffold,thescaffoldershallcheckforanydangerwhichmayjeopardizesafetyandeliminatethedangerbeforestartingtowork.Incaseofanyunsafeconditionorsign,thescaffoldermuststoptocheckandsolvetheproblembeforecontinuingthework.Anyonewhodiscoversanyabnormalityshallimmediatelynotifythepersonnelworkingonthescaffoldtogetoffassoonaspossible.(5)、在每一步架的作业完成之后,必须将架上剩余材料及物品移至上(下)步脚手架或清除,每日下班前应整理安全通道和工作平台上材料、物品堆放整齐,垃圾及运走,在作业期间,应及时清理落入安全网内的物品和材料,在任何情况下,严禁在脚手架上向下抛掷物品和倾倒垃圾。Aftertheworkoneachstepofthescaffoldisfinished,theremainingmaterialsandarticlesonthescaffoldmustbemovedtotheupper(lower)steporbecleared.Everydaybeforeendingthework,thesafetypassagemustbecleaned,thematerialsandarticlesontheworkingplatformmustbesortedoutandtherubbishmustbemovedaway.Duringthework,anyarticleormaterialfallingintothesafetynetshallbetimelyremoved.Inanycircumstance,itisforbiddentothrowanyobjectordumprubbishfromthescaffold.Removalofscaffold脚手架的拆除作业应按确定的拆除程序进行,在拆除过程中,凡已经松开连接的杆配件应及时拆除运走,避免误扶和误靠已松脱连接的杆件而发生危险,拆除的杆配件应以安全的方式运出和吊下,严禁向下抛掷,在脚手架的拆除过程中,应做好配合、协调动作,禁止单人进行拆除较重杆。Removalofthescaffoldshallbeperformedinaccordancewithspecifiedprocedure.Duringtheremoval,anyloosenrodpieceshallbedismantledandtakenawayintimetoavoiddangercausedbymistakenlyrestingontheloosenrod.Theremovedrodpiecesshallbetakenawayandliftdownsafelyinsteadofdroppingdown.Theremovalofthescaffoldshallbecompletedbycooperationandcoordination,especiallytheheavyrods,whicharenotallowedtoberemovedbyonlyoneperson.合加工区集中加工,按需要运至作业面安装成型。ThesteelbarstobeincorporatedtotheWorksshallbeprocessedinthecomprehensiveprocessingzoneattheconstructionsiteanddeliveredtotheworkingfaceforinstallationasrequired.5.1、钢筋进场存放和钢筋试验Steelbarreceiving,storageandtest(1)、钢筋进场时按照进度计划分批量进行。施工现场存放钢筋原材料和半成品,对钢筋原材按同等级、牌号、直径、长度分别做好标识,钢筋半成品要按部位、分层、分段和构件名称,按号码顺序堆放,同一部位或同一构件的钢筋要放在一起,并有明显标识,标识上注明构件名称、部位、钢筋型号、尺寸、直径、根数。加工场地设钢筋切断机、钢筋弯曲机、钢筋调直机等。钢筋堆放时下面要用垫木,以防钢筋锈蚀和污染。钢筋存放场地应设置防雨措施,以便于钢筋的存放和运输。Steelbarsshallbedeliveredtotheconstructionsiteinbatchesinaccordancewiththeschedule.Forrawmaterialsandsemi-finishedproductsofsteelbarsstoredonthesite,therawmaterialsshallbemarkedbasedontheclass,gradenumber,diameterandlength,andthesemi-finishedproductsshallbepiledbysequencenumberbasedontheirposition,layer,sectionandcomponentname.Thesteelbarsforthesamepositionorcomponentshallbeplacedtogetherandclearlyidentifiedwithamarkerindicatingthecomponentname,position,steelbartype,size,diameterandquantity.Theprocessingsiteshallbeprovidedwithsteelbarcutter,benderandstraightener.Thesteelbarstoringyardshallbeprovidedwithrain-proofmeasuresforstorageandtransportationofsteelbars.5.2、钢筋加工Preparationofreinforcementbar(1)、认真阅读图纸,正确理解设计意图,确认图中钢筋规格、型号、数量,严格按设计要求及有关施(1)Readcarefullythedrawings,understandthedesignideacorrectly,confirmthespecification,typeandquantityofreinforcementbarspecifiedbythedrawings,andthenpreparethesampleofreinforcementbarinaccordancewiththedesignanddconstructionspecificationstrictly(2)、钢筋成批制作前,要严格按钢筋翻样表进行放样,每一品种钢筋先制作一根,检查其下料长度,弯钩角度、长度、弯起点位置是否与设计要求相符合,确认无误后,这根钢筋作为这一品种的样筋按此制作。(2)Beforestartingthemassproduction,itisrequiredtopreparethesampleinaccordancewiththereinforcementbarsampletable,andprepareonepieceofreinforcementbarforeverytypeofreinforcementbar.Itisrequiredtoinspectiftheblankinglength,hookangle,lengthandbendingoriginarecompliedwiththedesignornot;ifyes,themassproductionofthetypeofreinforcementbarcanbestartedaccordingtothissample.(3)、钢筋工拿到翻样表后,先对翻样表中的尺寸数据待进行复核,无误后方可进行制作,制作前先将钢筋统一进行除锈,在调直制作过程中必须严格按照翻样表断料,制作成型后的钢筋必须分类堆放整齐,。(3)Aftertakingthereinforcementbarsampletable,thebarplacershouldreviewthedimensionaldataonthereinforcementbarsampletable,andthenstartfabricationafterensuringtheircorrectness.Beforestartingpreparation,derustthereinforcementbarfirstly,andcuttherawmaterialstrictlyinaccordancewiththereinforcementbarsampletableintheprocessofstraighteningthereinforcementbar;stackthefinishedreinforcementbarn
