{产品管理产品规划}产品及材料环境管理物质规定******修订履历******版次REV.ECNNO.修订履历ReviseHistory备注RemarkABC-02-54514新版发行(Issuedfirsttime)1、目的Purpose:本规定主要是针对NWInG(以下简称本公司)相关客户环境要求之产品及材料等中所含的环境管理物质,明确禁止使用物质,计划废除物质以及削减物质,期让公司内部及供应商人人皆知,达到防止向客户产品混入环境有害物质,提高本公司产品的环境质量及产品的竟争力及遵守法令,保护地球环境以及减轻对生态系统影响的目的.ThisRegulationmainlyfocusontheEnvironment-relatedsubstancestobecontrolled(“TheControlledSubstances”)containedintheproductsandmaterialsrequiredbyrelatedcustomersofFoxconnNWInG,Clarifiedthebannedsubstance,substancestobephasedoutandsubstancestobereduced,weexpectedtheregulationcanbeforwardedtopanyinteriorandsupplierstopreventtheabove-mentionedsubstancesfrombeingusedforcustomers.Improvetheenvironmentqualityandpetitionofproducttoplywithrelatedlawsandregulations.Toreducetheinfluenceoftheabove-mentionedsubstanceupontheecosystemandcontributetotheglobalenvironmentalpreservation.2、范围Scope:2.1成品和半成品(功能单元,模块,板组件等的组装零件等)Finishedproductsandsemi-finishedproducts(e.g.modules,functionalunits,boardassemblies,andotherpartsetc.)2.2零件(电气零件,机构零件,半导体产品,印刷电路板,记录介质,包装材料,包装零件)Parts(electricalparts,mechanicalparts,semiconductordevices,PWBs,recordingmedia,packagingmaterials,packagingparts)2.3螺丝Screws2.4附件(遥控器,鼠标,AC适配器等为设备使用而配套的附属品等)Accessories(remotecontrollers,mice,ACadaptorsandotheraccessories)2.5产品所使用的附属材料(胶带,焊接材料,粘结剂等)等构成材料Materialsemployedinsubsidiarypartsandmaterialsusedforproducts(adhesive,solderingmaterials,adhesivetapes)2.6操作说明书Instructionmanuals2.7服务零件Repairparts2.8产品交货时发送和保护货物所使用的包装材料(木框,托架,导轨,杠杆,袋,缓冲材料,固定器具,薄板,绳索,硬纸箱,胶带,捆绑带,标签,印刷油墨及涂料等)Thepackagingmaterialsusedfordeliveryandprotectionproducts(woodenframes,trays,reels,sticks,bags,cushions,staples,sheetswraps,tapes,labels,corrugatedcardboard,vinylties,andinksorpaintsforprinting)备注:此外,在本文件中未明确规定的物质或其用途,如果各国,当地法令或相关客户禁止使用或限制使用,必须按照其要求执行.Remark:Regardingthesubstancesortheirpurposewhoseuseisbannedbyregionalorcountryorrelatedcustomerslawsandordinances,thelawsandordinancesmustbeobservedeventhoughthesubstancesortheirpurposearenotclearlyregulatedinthisdocument.3、参考文件Reference:3.1SonySS-00259技术标准(第2版)SonySS-00259TechnicalStandards(Rev:2)3.2环境管理物质管制及异常处理程序(SG-2B0-016)TheControlledSubstancesManagement&DeviationHandlingProcedure4、定义Definition4.1环境管理物质Environment-relatedSubstancestobeControlled(“TheControlledSubstances”)客户及本公司判断在产品,设备等所含有的物质中,有对地球环境和人体存在显著影响的物质.ThesubstancescontainedinproductsormaterialsjudgedbyFoxconnorcustomersthattheyobviouslyimpactonbothhumansandglobalenvironment.4.2管理级别:ManagementStandards按照以下3种管理级别进行管理Tomanagetheabove-mentionedsubstances,thefollowingthreelevelsareused.4.2.11级:对于该物质及其用途立即禁止使用.Level1:Thesubstancesandpurposesclassifiedatthislevelarethosewhoseusemustbebannedimmediately.4.2.22级:对于该物质及其用途规定一定时期予以禁止.超过表中规定的日期之后,不能在产品及材料中使用,到达期限时指定为“1级”Level2:Thesubstancesandpurposesclassifiedatthislevelarethoseforwhichperiodsforphasedoutareindividuallyset.Afterthetimesetineachtable,thesubstancefulfillingtheaboveconditionwillbeclassifiedatleveloneandmustnotbecontainedinpartsandmaterials.4.2.33级:目前虽然没有规定日期以及削减目标,但指定了计划削减在产品,材料中含量的物质及其用途.Level3:Noperiodsortargetsforreductionarecurrentlysetforthesubstancesandpurposesclassifiedatthislevel.However,thecontentsinproductsandmaterialsoughttobereduced.4.3含有Contained含有系指无论是否有意,所有在产品的零件,设备或使用的材料中添加,填充,混入或黏附的物质(包括在加工过程中无意混入或黏附于产品中的物质)“Contained”isasituationinwhichasubstanceisaddedto,fillsup,mingleswithoradherestothepartsordevicesemployedinproducts,thematerialsusedforthepartsordevices,regardlessifthesituationisintentionallycreatedornot.(Whenasubstancesisunintentionallycontainedin,oraddedtoaproductinaprocessingprocess,thisisalsoregardedas“Contained”)4.4杂质Impurity包含在天然材料中,作为工业材料使用,在精制过程中技术上不能完全去除的物质(naturalimpurity),或者合成反应过程中产生,而在技术上不能完全去除的物质.Asubstancecontainedinanaturalmaterial,whichcannottechnicallyberemovedinarefiningprocesstotally,orasubstancegeneratedinasynthesisprocess,thetotalremovalofwhichistechnicallyimpossible.此外,为了与主原料加以区别,在为了改变材料的特性而使用称之为杂质的物质时,也按含有处理.但是,在制造半导体产品等使用的掺杂剂(DOPANT),虽然是有意添加的,但实质上在半导体产品中仅有极微量残存,这种情况下不作为”含有”处理.Additionally,therearesubstancescalled“impurity”,thenameofwhichisusedtodistinguishthemfrommainmaterials.Iftheyareusedforthepurposeofchangingthecharacteristicsofmaterials,theyaretreatedas“Contained”.TherearesubstancescalledDopants(DopingAgents)thatareintentionallyaddedtomanufacturesemiconductordevices.Theyarenottreatedas“Contained”ifleftinthedevicesinaverysmallamount.在本规定中,在指定允许浓度的情况下,当在产品或材料中该环境管理物质作为杂质混入或者黏附时,其浓度不应超过该允许浓度.Whenanallowableconcentrationofan“Environment-relatedSubstancestobeControlled”isspecifiedinthismanagementregulation,theconcentrationmustbekeptevenifthesubstance,asan“Impurity”,mingleswithoradherestoproductsormaterials.4.5禁止供货时期Thetimetobanonreceivingthepartsandmaterials.产品和材料禁止向客户和Foxconn供货时期(即客户和Foxconn收货之日期).ThisindicatesthetimewhencustomersandFoxconnmustnotreceivethepartsand/ormaterialsspecifiedinthisrule5、职责Responsibilities:参见『环境管理物质管制及异常处理程序』Referto『TheControlledSubstancesManagement&DeviationHandlingProcedure』6、环境管理物质的管理标准Managementstandardsforthecontrolledsubstances6.1环境管理物质:本规定中作为对象的环境管理物质名称见表6.1Environment-relatedSubstanc
