2、作有了一个熟悉,心里对这工作的流程有了一个了解,师傅们也开始让我们实践起来了,从对一个焊点、焊缝切割开始,其次对该切割的零件打磨,最后就是对零件的评判,是否合格,慢慢了我也有点了眉目,日积月累,自己实践中遇到的问题、许多不足的地方通过师傅们的讲解,我便慢慢熟悉了这份工作,有时会通过一些资料会了解,现在只是刚刚开始,以后遇到的困难肯定有许多许多,所以我会不断的去努力学习了解,多与的同事交流,总结自己的工作,这样对可以我自己会有很大的帮助。总的来说,这一年里,自己的收获也不少,我学到了很多Knowledge :I.
