Advanced degree in audio related discipline preferred.Trained in strategic, key account selling techniques such as Miller-Heiman5+ years of applicable sales experience in the mobile phone or audio product industryKnowledgeable in audio and/or mobile phone testing preferredExperienced in the mana

8、gement of a complex portfolio of productsand accountsDemonstrated ability to penetrate and develop large accounts; track record of successful account growthExceptional understanding of all phases of the sales cycle. Preferred experience in strategic selling sales methodology.Excellent communication

9、and negotiation skills in English, verbal, written and electronic (MS office and CRM)Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and set and achieve goals/objectivesHighly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work autonomouslyChina mainland location, preferably in the Sha

19、职要求声学研发工程师岗位职责工作职责:1、配合资深工程师完成产品设计;2、跟进产品的制程、良率及可靠性等改善;3、负责产品设计文件和图纸的制作和发放;4、负责产品的测试,分析和相关报告;5、负责成熟产品的技术方面客户效劳。任职资格:1、硕士及以上学历;2、声学、电子、物理等专业优先考虑。声学研发工程师岗位篇3:声学仿真岗位职责任职要求 声学仿真岗位职责岗位职责:根据公司研发战略规划,主导声学NPI方案评估,评审和疑难问 题的解决,通过在声学领域的技术突破和形态创新,使得声学研发能力 持续领先同行水平。具体职责:1、负责声学产品方案制定,评审,量产优化,疑难问题分析等工作2、负责前沿技术的调研和

20、新技术方案的预研工作3、主动构思未来的产品及创新等工作4、洞察行业趋势和市场需求,制定符合企业开展的声学专业技术 路线,并指导开发工作5、整理和汇总开发文档、撰写声学技术标准,发表期刊论文,传授 声学设计经验岗位要求:1、8年以上工作经验,声学、硬件等相关专业,本科及本科以上学 历。2、有音响行业工作经验者优先、具备丰富的电视音箱方案、多 媒体音箱、专业音箱开发经验;3、精通声学设计原理(含单元设计和腔体设计);4、精通声学仿真工具,掌握语音识别麦克风声学结构设计;5、了解行业动态及趋势,对前沿技术具有较高的敏锐度;6、具有良好沟通能力和执行能力、具有良好团队精神和当责精 神;岗位职责:根据公司研发战略规划,主导声学NPI方
