1、人事托管协议甲方:乙方:为了做好下岗职工或员工的基本生活保障和实施再就业工作,经甲、乙各方协商,就乙方公司人资业务和人事档案委托达成如下协议:一、乙方自愿将其职工或员工的人资业务和人事档案委托甲方管理,甲方同意授受其委托。二、甲方对被托管人员承担以下责任,1负责职工或员工基本生活费的 发放。2负责职工或员工的工龄核定。3办理养老保险,失业保 险、公积金以及医疗保险的支付和发放。4办理职工或员工调动的人事, 工资和社会保险关系的手段。5办理出国政审,婚姻状 况、计划生育等相关证明。6办理职工或员工因病或非因工 致残、从事特殊工种工作及职业病提前退休的手续。7对职工或员工中的中共党员办 理组织关系
2、的接转。8负责对自愿提出再就业 的职工或员工进行转业转岗培训和再就业指导,对实现就业的办理转移劳动关系。9负责做好协议期间公司 与托管职工或员工协商一致解除劳动关系的全部手续。三乙方责任:1.负责做好被托管职工或员工的思想工作。2.负责解决职工或员工与公司在养老保险,公积金和医药费方 面遗留问题。3.按每人每月60元向甲方交纳托管费,每年xx月1 日交纳。4.负责提供托管人员实施再就业培训和职业介绍费。5.托管人员生活费、保险等费用分三次12个月内全部 付清。四、托管协议时限为10年,分两次签署。五、本协议自xx年xx月1日至xx年xx月30日止。六、本协议各方签字盖章后生效,如有变更经各方协

4、oncerning management by mandate of labor & personnel businesss and personnel Party B with terms and conditions set forth as below:1.Party B hereby voluntarily entrusts Party A to administer labor & personnel businesss and personnel Party Bs employees, Party A hereby agrees to accept such entrustment
5、.2.Party A shall bear the undermentioned responsibilities for the employees administered:(1)responsible for dispensing basic life expenses of the said employees:(2)responsible for appraising length of service of the said employees,(3)handling payment and dispensing of endowment insurance, unemployme
6、nt insurance, accumulation fund and medical insurance:(4)handling formalities of personnel, wages and social insurance for any of the said employees on job transfer:(5)handling relevant certification of political examination, marital status, and birth control.(6)Handling formalities of advance retir
7、ement of the said employees due to illness, disability not in line of duty, engagement in special type of work and professional diseases:(7)Handling formalities of acceptance and transfer of CPC membership for any of the said employees with the status of CPC member,(8)Responsible for administration
8、of post transfer, profession transfer and re-employment guidance for any of the said employees proposing for re-employment:(9)Responsible for all formalities for rescission for labor relationship after consensus is reached between the Company and the administered employees through consultations duri
9、ng the contractual period.3.Party Bs Responsibilities(1)responsible for ideological work with the administered employees:(2)responsible for any remaining problems between the said employees and the Company concerning endowment insurance, accumulation fund and medical expenses:(3)shall pay to Party A
10、 administration charge as per RMB 60 per capita on a monthly basis payable on October 1 every year:(4)responsible for providing training charges for re-employment and employment agency fees for the administered employees.(5)Every and all life expenses and premium for the administered employees shall
11、 be cleared by three installment within twelve months.4.This agreement of administration by mandate shall remain valid for a term of TEN years to be signed twice separately.5.This agreement shall commence from October 1, xx to September 30, xx.6.This agreement shall come into force upon sign of auth
