2、染等问题出现,传统柴油机已不能满足需求,人们对柴油机 各方面性能要求更加严格,柴油机的发展应用面临前所未有的机遇和挑战,柴油 机电控技术应运而生并得到了广泛应用。1、柴油机电控技术的发展现状1905年,德国的狄塞尔发明了柴油机,并将其应用于汽车行业,由于柴油机 具备成本低、效率高、能耗少、寿命长、污染小、维修使用便捷等特点,使其成 为汽车行业及工程机械行业最主要的最节能的动力设备,并逐渐推广至国民经济 的各个领域。随着各行业对柴油机的广泛应用及研发,柴油机的性能不断提高,人们对于 柴油机的高性能、低能耗、低污染、低成本等各方面都提出了更高的要求,传统 的机械控制柴油机已不能满足需求,20世纪7

3、0年代柴油机电子控制技术应运而生。20世纪80年代以来,能源紧缺问题出现并日益突出,最终导致了世界能源危 机的爆发,并随之带来了严重的环境污染问题,成为当时世界面临的两大主要问 题,排放标准更加严格,柴油机的节能减排被提上议程,得到了各行业专业人士 的关注,各大公司争相开发柴油机电控技术新产品并投放市场,以满足日益严格 的排放标准。自此开始进入以电控技术为核心的柴油机电控时代。近年来,信息化技术、计算机技术以及传感技术的发展为柴油机电控技术的 突飞猛进奠定了坚实基础,使电子控制燃油喷射成为可能。经过多年的研究,应 用先进的计算机技术,现代化先进电控柴油机诞生。与传统柴油机不同,现代化 先进电控

4、柴油机在工作原理上采用了电控喷射及高压共轨等技术,在性能方面, 无论是污染物的排放量还是能耗值都有大幅改进。总的来讲,柴油机电控技术是柴油机应用和发展的核心技术,是解决当前问题的主要手段,是在挑战中处于不败之地的有效方法,是衡量柴油机先进性的重 要标志。因此,开展柴油机控制技术的探讨,研发新产品,应用新技术势在必行。 但是,要突破柴油机电控技术瓶颈,研发具有自主知识产权的柴油机综合电控系 统,还面临很多问题。综合电控系统功能要求多,结构和逻辑关系复杂,虽然我 们多年来一直从事相关领域技术研究,但与国外相比,在电控系统设计经验、数 据积累、研究条件等方面,都存在较大差距。2、柴油机电控技术的发展

5、趋势2.1执行器设计技术所谓执行器,指的是柴油机控制系统中的执行部件,其直接关系到控制系统 的功能消耗、安全可靠性以及工作能力,换句话说执行器的优劣是决定柴油机电 控系统性能的关键。国内外的研究人员不断进行执行器的研究,并根据执行器的 性能,创立了电磁和力矩电机执行器中电磁场、电磁力与温度场关系的理论,并 进行了相关仿真计算。通过研究电磁以及有限转角直流力矩电机,开发了新的规 范化算法,验证了与之相匹配的系统参数。基于相关理论和算法,电磁化执行器 和有限转角直流力矩电机执行器已经问世。随着科技的进步,相关理论的完善和 成熟,更多的执行器会应用到柴油机电控技术中。2.2可靠性与工程化技术柴油机电

6、控技术需要不断应用于工程中去,当前很多技术手段只能在实验室 进行原理的验证,所以可靠性以及工程技术是柴油机电控技术的另一发展趋势。 首先,可靠性指的是技术层面,也属于组织管理的范畴。尤其在设计阶段,全面 分析系统中可能存在的故障以及危险,进行危险预评估和终评估,同时提出理论 上的技术改进措施,精细化优化系统中的软件和硬件指标。在柴油机电控系统的 结构设计中,传统的设计开发模式必然具有高风险以及长周期等问题,有必要建 立全新的开发模式一一“V”模式,即从概念设计开始,一直到试验验证整个周期 过程中,实现一体化仿真开发模式,用以全面提高柴油机电控系统的效率、精度 要求。可靠性在技术上将复杂的技术问

7、题进行详细的分解,建立模块,利用智能化 相关原则,合理优化相关技术,对于电控系统在工程中的应用有着十分重要的作 用。工程化属于应用范畴,只有电控系统在满足可靠性基础上,才能充分发挥其 在工程上的应用。根据电控系统中各部分功能、工作条件与可靠性要求,利用核 心部件冗余,特别是控制器,达到热备份,利用冗余技术,充分满足柴油机综合 电控系统的可靠性,提高柴油机电控系统的工程应用水平。随着新的排放标准出 台,对柴油机电控系统以及电控技术的要求更高,可靠性与工程化技术将是今后 柴油机电控技术研究的终极目标。3、结语近年来柴油机电控技术的发展令人瞩目,但是所面临的问题也不容忽视。只 有不断深化对电控技术理
