10、llexpenseshereinshallbepaidbyPartyB.乙方在为甲方提供材料期间，因甲方以外的原因导致不能正常供货，耽误甲方现场使用时，甲方有权终止合同。Duringtheperiodofmaterialssupply,ifthereisanydelayofsiteutilizationofPartyAduetotheunsatisfactorysupplywhichisnotcausedbyPartyA,PartyAshallhavetherighttoterminatethecontract.甲方有权根据乙方供应情况调整乙方的供货数量，乙方不能因此提出价格调整，并不得降低供

16、ngthequalityofmaterialss.7、合同争议DisputeResolution执行本合同发生争议，双方首先应本着友好协商的原则解决发生的合同争议；如未能协商解决，将通过仲裁做出最终裁决，仲裁机构由双方共同确认。IfthereisanydisputeintheimplementationoftheAgreement,bothPartiesshallnegotiatefriendlytosolvesuchdispute.Ifnegotiationisnotachieved,suchdisputeshallbefinallysettledbyarbitration,andthear
