1、常规的修补路面坑槽的弊端就沥青修补技术优缺点分析刖言A preface本人从事公路养护多年,利用旧沥青混合料再生新技术,对于解决沥青路面坑槽 随有随补的问题。利用现场挖出的旧路面混合料现场拌合、摊铺,避免了拌合料 远距离运输的料温损失,节约了运输成本;旧料再生加温用液化气,减少了环境 污染;小量生产,无需动用大型拌合设备,弥补了大型常规热拌设备不能及时和 少量生产的缺陷,降低了混合料的造价,为挖补路面坑槽开拓了新路,是公路养 护中经济实用的一项新技术。am engaged in highway maintenance for many years, material recycling tec

29、tenance funding has important significance.五结束语Five conclusion旧沥青再生利用技术是一项利国利民的好项目,它的最大优点是能废物利用,旧 料再生,变废为宝,其它的挖补方法如使用常规设备拌合、低温拌合料、乳化沥 青现场拌合料等都不便利用旧料再生,只能弃之路边,增加了环境污染,影响了 路容美观。该技术采用的设备体积小,重量经,不需要动用大型设备,用一辆小 卡车或小拖车就能牵引,车上拌合作业,自带燃料,电脑控制,运转自如,拌合 均匀,对公路上出现的坑槽可随见随补,及时方便。旧沥青混合料再生可应就地 拌合,就地压实,高温季节拌合时料温可采取低限
