1、摘 要:土壤酶在土壤能量转化和物质循环中具有重要作用,是土壤肥力的重要 指标。土壤脲酶活性与土壤氮素转化密切相关,可以反映土壤氮素水平,是研究 较多的土壤酶之一。江苏省淮阴地区为重要的农业产区,盛产多种农产品。本文 采用靛酚蓝比色法,对淮阴地区多种农田土壤脲酶开展了初步的调查研究,对了 解该地区土壤特性和科学合理施肥具有一定的指导意义。调查研究结果表明:不 同农田土壤脲酶活性存在显著差异,玉米和小麦两种作物土壤脲酶活性相比其他 样品脲酶活性要高。Abstract: Soil enzymes play an important role in energy conversion in the s

Soil urease activity is closely related to soil nitrogen transformation and can reflect the soil nitrogen levels. Soil urease is one of the most popular soil enzymes. As the important agricultural regions of Jiangs

3、u, Huaiyin district is rich in a variety of agricultural products.According to the colorimetry of indophenol blue,preliminary investigations and studies of soil urease were carried out in various Huaiyin regions,which has a certain guiding significance to know the soil characteristics of the region

4、and the scientific and reasonable fertilization methods.As is shown by the research results,the the activity of soil urease from different soils is distinct obviously.And compared to that of other samples ,the activities of soil urease from corn and wheat are higher.摘要:土壤酶在土壤能量转化和物质循环中具有重要作用,是土壤肥力的重

The deeper soil layers profile, the lower activity of soil invertase will be.摘要:土壤酶在土壤能量转化和物质循环中具有重要作用,是土壤肥力的重要指 标。在土壤与植物营养占有一定比例的有机磷化合物,有机磷转化为植物可利用 的形式,就需要使用土壤磷酸酶酶的作用,是研究较多的土壤酶之一。江苏省淮 阴地区为重要的农业产区,盛产多种农产品。本文采用4-氨基安替毗琳比色法, 对淮阴地区多种农田土壤脲酶开展了初步的调查研究,对了解该地区土壤特性和 科学合理施肥具有一定的指导意义。调查研究结果表明:从淮阴地区的土
