9、炉运行时上述最佳点火位置过高的温度将使点火 枪头部很快的被烧坏。因此，点火枪在完成点火后必须退出火焰区域。 许多情 况下需要一种气动推进装置来完成锅炉的自动点火。 推进装置在点火时将点火 枪头部准确的送入最佳点火位置， 点火成功后再将点火枪退出， 使其头部脱离火 焰区域。与点火枪类似，油枪也有同样的要求。 在数量众多的电站燃煤粉锅炉中， 油枪只在锅炉启动和稳燃时使用， 大部分时间处于停用状态。 油枪停运后退回到 其导管中避开高温烧蚀，对保护油枪、提高自动点火系统的可靠性有显著作用。 本公司生产的床上废油点火装置经专门设计用于完成上述操作。系统采用油燃烧器就地点火控制柜来实现控制锅炉就地点火设备

10、的点火操 作。通过就地控制柜接受 DCS 的点火、熄火指令，完成对油枪，高能打火器， 油角阀，吹扫阀，火焰检测器等就地点火设备的控制，实现锅炉的自动点火、熄 火；就地控制柜可以切换为就地控制方式， 对油枪设备进行就地操作； 就地控制 柜接收炉前设备反馈信号，并传递至 DCS 系统，同时，就地点火设备的反馈信 号在就地控制柜二道门上也有指示。When carried out using high-energy point guns start firing boilers, the lighter head needs to be accurately positioned at the edg
